Never used these guys before. Good prices, website and communication.

Unfortunately then all ruined by delivery driver. They have to deliver on a pallet! Now unless you are fortunate enough to live in a mansion (I have a semi with side access) then this does not work, as they cant get it through the front gate/down your alley, etc etc!

Driver refused to take fridge down the side of the house 'elf and safety!!'
BE CAREFUL - make sure you hire a couple of burly men to carry your appliance inside otherwise be prepared for another £40!

I found this company's website when hunting for a good price re a Franke sink online. The website was very clear and comprehensive. I actually decided to call rather than just go ahead and order to check that various bits were included with the sink. The customer service was excellent and the lady went out of her way to ensure my questions were answered as well as advising that ordering at the phone would mean a quicker ordering in of the item and delivery. I have been telephoned all the way through re delivery and the sink is being delivered earlier than expected - great!
The company advises signing for the goods unchecked and allowing a couple of days for the customer to check they are happy - otherwise the customer should email or call within the agreed T&C timeframe - all very reasonable.

Good to find reliable service in the current hit and miss marketplace where customer service seems to have been overlooked. Recommend this company highly.

i ordered the product online, was shortly sent an email to confirm order. three days later the micriowave arrive intact with no faults. cant fault service. the price was cheepest i found on line by far. cannot rate after service as i have no needed to contact them , so can not comment on that. but ordering and delivery , i had no problems at all. i would advise anyone to read all reviews on any company before buying as my experience is just one of many.

Was not informed my item was out of stock until I called them 5 days later to check the progress of my order. Funds taken from account on day of order, however.

Cooker hood arrived no ready to fit on wall opened box 2 weeks later to find glass on cooker hood in bits, phoned and explained answer sorry we cant replace as should of told them when it was delivered.

What a joke will not be using again or recommending

I had been looking on various websites for a cooker hood and found the range of appliances and especially the dimensional drawings hugely helpful. On top of that the next day delivery service was spot on. I'd use this company again without hesitation.

I made the on line purchase and paid with pay pal (instant payment). Fully completed the transaction and after this (the next day) I was sent an email stating I had not ticked the box to indicate I had read there terms & conditions and as such they would not dispatch my goods until I had went back and ticked this. I did this (had to do it twice) and this process took over two days to sort out.
If this is a requirement of there purchase terms, then it should have directed me to this box/page before completing the transaction. I cannot agree to something after I have made the purchase!! If I was directed to this then, I might have read something I did not agree with and may have decided not to buy.

Very good service. Next day delivery. Website very descreptive of product. Would definitely recommend this website.
Only gripe is not being able to agree to terms and Conditions if paying through Paypal.

Ordering my new sink was very easy, information was good and the delivery driver needs an award because i threw every obstacle at him which most drivers would have given up and took the sink back to the depot, but he didnt and that in itself stood out from other companies.

The only tiny thing that i would say is that the sink would only be dropped at the front door and should really be dropped inside the premises as not all people would have a kitchen fitter or able bodied person around at the time of delivery

i would give this service 10 out of 10 (and i'm a difficult person to please)

This was a great company to deal with web site clear and accurate very good prices no problems except when I did not tick the T&C box when ordering (DER) they sent me an email that day to confirm and told me it would be there next day, and it was.
A bit of confusion with the delivery man T&C state to check before signing for it, delivery man said sign before opening it and as the box was so crushed I opened it to find the sink was OK but the box was in a very crushed state even though it had fragile all over it and had dropped out of the van.(See picture) Looking how the company is I am pretty shore that box was OK when it left them.

delivered next day and exactly as described. can't say how good an experience it was dealing with them. will deal again!
