Our order was due to be delivered on 7th Jan and we were told they were awaiting a delivery from the supplier which should arrive this week. Biggest SCAM ever!!!! Seems they are picking and choosing who to send items too so not all reviews are bad!!! Trying to cover there tracks! Ordered my buggy on 27th December still nothing! Been waiting since the 8th December for my items. Order number SA044429. I would like a refund now as it's too late for the order to be fulfilled. Had to go elsewhere to make sure the baby had somewhere to sleep. If I get a refund within the next 48hrs i'll change this review to reflect that you actually did something positive.
UPDATE: The generic response is not helpful. I know there is a number, but no one answers. I don't need a conversation either. I am telling you here (given this is the only place available to communicate with you) I want to exercise my consumer rights to CANCEL the order. You have my order number.

This company has gone into liquidation. If you look them up on companies house you will see.
I raised a dispute with my bank to recover the money. Which normal takes about 3-4 weeks.
Most worrying thing a Klarna are still doing business with them... there meant to be a bank..
Anyway won’t get caught out again trying to save £20 on a baby car. Not worth it.

So I have just received my delivery via Dpd. Looks like the baby room are not scammers after all. Having said that, the customer experience has still been shocking for us on this occasion.
Update 24th Jan: I have just received a text from dpd, saying that my parcel will be delivered on the 27th jan (1 month after placing the order). If this actually happens I will retract my initial review. However, baby room your customer service has still be appalling and you dont deserve more than 2 stars. I will update once I gave received my order.
Scam, order placed on 27th dec using my 3 year olds christmas money!!! Already chased up yhe order twice and was assured that it would be fulfilled this week. Just went to chase it again and the website and email address are down. Looks like they scammed me out of my childs christmas money. This is absolutely disgusting. After one week , I have sent them an email asking what is the status of my order and they assured me that by 13 January I will have it deliver .
Till now no product received .
Tried by phone , email , website . All are gone .

I have been to the bank and they have started an investigation and informed the police .
I want to add : they were lying and they lie continuously, just thinking that this replies will get them some help , like not being investigated by the police . But this is FRAUD !
They had the time to sent the product I’ve ordered since 4 th January ! The product appeared on stock on their website, and delivery time 2-3 days !!! After 1 week of waiting I have sent them an email , and get a response from Chloe , telling me that they are waiting the product from overseas , from the manufacturer!!! And by 13 January I will have it . BIG LIE ! I have talked in New Zealand directly with the manufacturer and the WISHBONE WAGOON is not longer produced !!!!

I cancelled my order about 10 days ago and they assured me twice that they have refunded me but the credit card company are adamant that they have not so am pursuing a claim with them for my money back now.

Placed an order on 27/12/2019 which was due to be received by 7/1/2020. Absolutely zero communication from the company regarding the delay. I’ve tried contacting the mobile number provided several times to no avail.
My baby is due any day now and still no delivery, ridiculous.
I would appreciate some form of contact regarding this order as it’s now 1 month after the order was placed!!
PS all - their automated response is a load of Bo**ocks. Don’t believe a word of it. Contact your bank urgently raise a dispute regarding the payment and the company. The more people that do this the more likely this fraudulent company Will be dealt with and those responsible convicted.

I’m suspicious of all of these recent reviews, why are people giving them 5 stars when they still haven’t received their orders. Why have they used this as a forum to sort the issues when they could have contacted all customers personally to advise them. I’m still waiting for confirmation that my order has been cancelled and a refund processed.
Also, it may well have been another company trading under the same name that has gone into liquidation but that doesn’t alter the fact that hundreds of people haven’t received their orders or their refunds. Supplier issues is a load of &£@! too as I have ordered the same thing from another company and have received it in less than a week.

Contacted them on 07424621347, took a couple of attempts to get through. Website and email issues seem genuine and my order is due to ship tomorrow.
Update: I received my order this morning by DPD. Everything looks good :)
Update again: My highchair had no feet, because their bundle, for some reason, doesn't include them. I've had to get the manufacturer to ship me some because thebabyroom can't seem to check if they have any. Pretty useless with or without a website!
