Bought for a 21st birthday present, excellent quality and fast delivery.

Quick delivery. The glass arrived safe and sound. The engraving was done well.

I recently ordered a whisky tumbler. I find that my difficulty is getting a good diagram/photo; so I appreciate the help I receive from Customer Support to change the format into something suitable for engraving.

Our order arrived promptly and the customer service was impeccable. Thank you so much to the team for their great work.
They’ll look great in our meeting and corporate spaces and the opportunity to fully customise each item means they would make great gifts, awards, wedding favours etc.

APPALLING service, both during and after sales - maybe my order was too "small fry"!
Don't bother trying to communicate with this company - they'll just ignore you!
I ordered some custom printed/embossed silicone wristbands (6 items in total) and paid for them the same day on 7th May 2022.
Despite advertising delivery within 2 days, I had not received the items by 17 May 2022, so I sent an email reminder.
I received an email from "Jess" on 18 May 2022 apologising for the delay due to the order "not coming through their system" and indicating that the items had been posted and would be with me the next day.
I did receive 5 of the 6 items on 19 May 2022 and immediately emailed them to advise them of the shortfall / oversight.
On 1 June 2022 I received a response indicating that the email had gone into Jess's junk folder and that the missing item would be sent to me.
In the continued absence of the missing item I sent a further email on 23 June 2022, requesting a refund if this was an easier option for them.
I am still awaiting a response.
I will therefore be seeking a refund through Paypal.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered on 19th May, it was shipped on 24th May but didn’t receive until 10th June despite website saying delivery was 1-2 working days. Made contact to try and find out where item was and was told twice another one would be sent out. However the same tracking number was provided for all. Eventually arrived but too late (it was a birthday gift which I had made clear in communications) and didn’t feel like the best quality. To me the image also felt smaller than what I had put on the template. Was glad it finally arrived but would not buy again

Absolutely shocking customer service. I received my package and the quality just wasn’t there. I messaged as soon as I received my parcel asking about the procedure for returns and a refund. I have rang the shop, emailed and Facebook messaged the business but I have had no reply on either platforms. I read previous reviews believing this business to be legit, however I am now £30 down with a birthday gift that I couldn’t give. Avoid ordering at all costs and save yourselves some money.

An engraved glass arrived, but the base was not flat, and the glass was unsteady. A video was sent by email and acknowledged. After that, despite four emails and two voice messages (no-one answers the phone) my request for this to be put right has been ignored. The glass cost nearly £27, and I expected good quality and service. I have been a customer for some time, but this is my last purchase.
Shameful lack of respect for the customer.

We bought engraved swing-top glass bottles for our team. The product was good quality and fairly priced, and the service was excellent.

Good quality item and very helpful team. The image I uploaded initially in PNG format wasn't great quality so they contacted me to provide a better version and I was happy to give a PDF of the artwork. The item was posted out the very next day. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Lovely little train and super fast delivery

Jess was brilliant.
We ordered 90 identically engraved shot glasses for our wedding as favours.
Jess very kindly sent us a sample to view first before we finalised our full order. We are very happy with the finished product and all of our guests found them awesome and adorable.

Sadly the quality of engraving (Both image provided and the additional wording) was not sharp. I understand that image quality depends on the quality of the image provided however one would expect confirmation of suitable quality image prior to production. Price and speed of delivery were OK. Sadly won't be using again.

I ordered an engraved sweetie jar which unfortunately was broken in transit, partly due to the packaging. I contacted the team and they organised me a replacement which arrived swiftly and in perfect condition.

The recipient loves it. Thanks very much team.

It is delightful to be able to personalise a jar—it's helped me feel connected with my brother during the pandemic, so thank you.
