Excellent service, top quality product

Ordered a personalised wooden ambulance toy one week ago. It states 1-2 days delivery. No order updates. No tracking number. No reply to my email sent. At this point I'm not even expecting to receive the product and I'll have to go through PayPal to get my money back

The products were great and the engraving excellent, while the custom image upload system let (even) me design gifts easily. What really stood out, though, was the service: fast, expert, supportive, and human.I bought opening night gifts for a theatre show and was so impressed I came back a week later for the closing night gifts. Whole-heartedly recommend this business.

Would definately recommend The Engraved Gift Workshop for a special gift. Ours was lost by Royal Mail !!! after contacting Jess she immediately sent us replacement wine glass and coaster, in time for my friends birthday. Ordered a personalised whisky glass in November and it was delivered in December - the glass wasn't packaged correctly and was smashed to pieces during transit. We were also missing the whisky stones that were included in the set.
I've emailed 3 times with photo evidence over a 4 week period to no response, and phoned their "mobile" 10 times.
AVOID at all costs - wasted £30 on a present for a colleague and out of pocket.

My inexperience with the artwork was fixed by Jess within 24 hours. The order went through easily. There was a small delay as they were out of stock of steins - no problem for me. It arrived in a nice box, in one piece and with a small gift to say sorry for the delay. Great service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jess.

Item is fantastic, arrived in record time. However I chose certain a red colour on my design for my glass but it came entirely white. Perhaps the website app needs changing. However, I would still recommend them but would be conscious of this.

Quality not as good as expected. The font and grammar which I specified for the engraved message were completely overlooked, and this was typed as one long sentence. I was a bit embarrassed to present this as a gift.

Ordered on 17/12/22 ready for their order cut off for Christmas. On 22/12/22 my order still has not been accepted, that’s one Christmas present down the drain.
