The coasters I ordered were really nice…
The coasters I ordered were really nice and the engraving perfect. They were for a running club momento. Everyome was impressed with them, and they certainly didn't blow the budget.
Would highly recommend.

Do not order for Christmas
Let down. Ordered a dinosaur for a Christmas present and was let down and told they couldn't have it in stock despite the SLA they in place on the website for delivery. They also allowed me to purchase it!
It's put me in a situation where I have no time to achieve what I need too with a personalised gift of this nature in time for Christmas, more upsetting than anything to be honest.
I understand its a potentially small business but do not over promise for cash flow, it'll be your detrement albeit it's your external supplier etc.
Extremely disappointed and just given a full refund with not much remorse.

Hi Nicholas, I am so sorry you are disappointed with the service provided, I thought all was ok as discussed on email and you said not to worry. Your order was placed on Monday and the next day I offered replacement or full refund - if the gift was needed for Christmas I would have still sent the replacement we mentioned but as you needed specifically for this Thursday I could not 100% promise it would be with you due to all couriers being so busy this week - today is the last day for Christmas delivery via Royal Mail and that is what is promised on the site for orders placed before the 19th but I can not promise specific days before Christmas at this late stage. Checking back on our conversation I apologised several times but again I am really sorry we couldn’t sort this out this time, I did explain we are a small business and I am sorry you felt the need to post a damaging review but thanks for the feedback and opportunity to explain further.

Beautiful product, excellent service.
I placed an order for an engraved candle. A couple of days later I received a lovely email from Jess querying my order which was for a birthday but I’d inadvertently chosen a happy ever after candle. Her attention to this detail saved me from receiving the wrong gift. She then produced the item and kept me updated until dispatch.
The product arrived, beautifully wrapped. I couldn’t be more happy with the product or the service I received. Will definitely use this company again and would 100 percent recommend!!!
