The actual product was lovely but they delivered the smaller size as they had none of the bigger ones left in stock. I queried this and they said they refunded me. Many thanks

I ordered an engraved mason jar which arrived superbly packaged and very quickly. For that area of business, they could have-5 stars. However, the product itself had tiny glass splinters coming out of the engraved area.
The company came back to me incredibly quickly and offered a full refund, thankfully. It was a shame about the jar - it looked nice and others seem to have been luckier.

I was looking for a bespoke engraving on a tankard. It was our business logo with a few words for my business partner. I was looking for a quick turnaround as I was heading back to Switzerland.
I sent the photo and Jess came back with exactly what I envisioned. A few emails back and forth with minor tweaks and done. Delivered two bespoke tankards perfect for my requirements and timeline.
Brilliant customer service, easy to deal with and a product that ticked all the boxes.
What more do you ask for from a company.

I ordered a gift from these guys, and wanted a specific design etched onto a glass. I couldn't work the design tool to get what I wanted so I emailed and Jess produced exactly what I had asked for, then I ordered and they had it sent to me quickly and efficiently.
I was so impressed with the service, jess went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed and I didnt pay any extra for the extra help- brilliant service and brilliant product!

The customisation editor is fantastic and I was able to make something really specific by myself and upload it with ease. It was etched EXACTLY as I designed it. I'm very impressed with the quality and ability to optimise, so I'll be back for another product in the future. I recommend.

So… I had that difficult gift to buy for someone special, couldn’t find anyone on the internet that could write more than “worlds best dad” on a cup, needed a specific outdoor type cup and of course I left it waaaay beyond last minute

The guys at The Engraved Gift Workshop, took my order on Wednesday night, let me edit it on Thursday morning because I cocked up, the let me add some stuff to it that I’d dreamt up overnight, made it and had it delivered to my door for Friday lunch

The person who the gift was for was blown away by the design and quality. Obviously I took all the credit, but a large chunk of it belongs to these guys
