As a Executive Jet Centre based it was an absolute pleasure to work with The Aviation Factory. Having worked with many Charter Brokers and have to say the communication I received on this trip was second to none.

The second the aircraft departed we knew the aircraft was on it's way and provided an aircraft tracking link. This meant we could liaise with the transport waiting for the customers on arrival. On departure we knew when the customers had left the stadium and provided with an estimated arrival time to the airport. Again it meant we can could liaise with Security and the crew on board the aircraft.

It was the first time working with The Aviation Factory and I really do hope we can work together again soon.

Our representative, Margot, was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. When an issue during check-in, entirely our own doing, caused us to miss our original flight window, she immediately took charge and made sure we could still depart just an hour later. It was great to have someone there to rely on. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a smooth experience!
