Looking for something a little different
Fab company exactly what I was looking for and great customer service. Would definitely use again in future. Bought a framed set list from a gig my daughter went to (obsessed with!) that isn't mainstream. Her favourite Christmas Present.

Hi Keith, thank you for the 4-star review! I'm sorry the outer box arrived badly knocked about - I'm glad your framed album covers survived intact, but we're looking at strengthening our packaging so it doesn't happen again. Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to your next order at That Gig!
Buyer beware
Ordered framed poster - arrived damaged. I have followed the process as indicated on the website for a replacement / refund but no response. Poor poor after sales and zero customer service. This was a memento for my daughter and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the poster wasn't what you were after. The setlist text is a key part of these designs, but we completely understand it's not to everyone's taste - and we do offer image-focused options too. If we can help find something that suits you better, please email hello@thatgig.co.uk. Thanks for giving That Gig a try.

Loved Oasis mug
Got Oasis mug from their Dublin gig for my son who's a big Oasis fan. The details on the mug is absolutely amazing. Whatever Oasis gig you've been to, you need to get yourself one of these mugs. My son loved it to remind him of the best gig he's ever been. (his words)
The price of mug was worth every penny for something you'll treasure forever.

It’s OK
I like the design, but I’m doubting the quality of the frame. All seems fragile.
But the biggest thing for me is that the plastic is very reflective. Can barely see the poster in a certain angle. Still like it tho just may be a bit overpriced for what I got.

Wrong Size Print Received
I ordered an A3 size print & received an A4 size print. I have sent an email asking for a refund, but haven’t I had a reply or acknowledgement they have received my e-mail. Will not be buying from them again.

Exactly what I was after.
Took over a week (as stated upon ordering) to arrive using standard delivery. The box looked worse for wear, but the frame/poster were very well packed inside, so no problem.
Very pleased with the poster, exactly as requested and looks great. Would recommend That Gig.
