Awful customer service
Awful customer service, very slow replying to emails, fail to supply tracking details for orders in adequate time scale. Ignore requests to cancel orders due to their lack of response.
Very quick to send an email asking how they done on the day I ordered something 🫣 but then take ages to reply to anything else.
My advice go somewhere else that delivers in half the time and send relevant info in a timely manner.

Hi Paul,
Your order was placed on Sunday 7th September at 16:49, was dispatched on Monday the 8th of September and delivered on Wednesday the 10th at 10:05am. This is inside of the 2-3 day timeframe on the website.
Ive checked our inbox and I cant see any emails regarding this order or requesting to cancel it. Our order confirmation page upon completing a purchase does say dispatch emails can end up in spam folders, this is out of our hands if this happens. Review emails are automated for every order placed on the website and this is done so so we can recieve legitimate feedback by customers on the level of service they have recieved.
I have sent you a more in depth email as I would like to get to the bottom of what has happened here.

EDIT: Our webteam checked the email logs for the email address used with this order. The dispatch email was sent and delivered on Monday 8th of Septmeber at 13:00. It was opened same day and the tracking link was clicked at 13:08. The information has been passed to the customer as a screen shot including email details and we are awaiting a reply back to our email.

Really pleased with the service
Really pleased with the service, I purchased a pair of “defective” gloves at around 30% of the retail price, when the gloves are the defect is so minor. I’m over the moon with them, great value for money and I’ve ordered a set of shin guards so just waiting for them to be delivered. Thanks guys

Good products
The products aren’t perfect, but overall, I’m very happy with them. However, I had to return one of the three items as it was too small. According to their website, customers are instructed to contact the company before making a return. I attempted to do this by sending four separate emails, but I’ve received no response. Unfortunately, their phone number isn’t accessible to me, as it requires call credit that my phone provider doesn’t support. With no other option, I’ve now sent the item back to the return address listed on their website — without receiving confirmation — and I’m hoping for the best.
I can confirm that my email went to their spam folder and the issue was resolved promptly after.
