I never receive my order, i bougth for 8 dozen of golf balls, 4 titlest and 4 taylormade, whit free logo personal, never receive it, ask for help at customer service, and said i already received, ask again and told them i never receive, and they told me that one is whit the manufacturer, because there was a bad adress.
and the other they already sent it, they never appear, and they said is the company direct who sent it, and i receive it.
I paid $300.00 dollars for nothing, these was a long time and they dont want to send it or refund it.

Supposed to get 2-day shipping and they sent standard. Club now lost. They offered me the two day on my next order. Next order? Never in a million years. Reviews are all one star or 5 stars. Obviously the 5 stars are phony. Read them, you'll agree. These guys are scam artists. FedEx ground is just as bad. Had to put in a claim and it takes 7-10 days for an answer. What a joke. STAY AWAY!

Ordered taylormade mini 300 late Sunday night. It arrived as promised in two working days. Quick delivery is a 5 star in my book. Have not hit it yet, but if it sucks it's not TGW'S fault. Very pleased with service so far.

This seller is pathetic. 14 days and no one knows where my package is. They are telling me FedEx stole it somewhere in Georgia where the tracking stopped. Refuse to refund my money so now I have to go thru my credit card and file a dispute. This vendor is a thief - never, ever buy anything from them - they'll steal your money and refuse to give it back when the item is never delivered. Stay far away from them.
I am now on day 15 and no package. Repeated calls and tracking requests yielded days of no info and package floating around eastern seaboard for weeks. Customer service is USELESS and provided no help. I will never use them again regardless of price or selection. NOBODY can provide shipping delivery date even the foolish Fedex link is a joke. DON'T BOTHER with this vendor. Next review if I ever receive the pkg...won't be pretty.

Hi. I placed this order 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Never came. I've called multiple times. 1 lady said she would call be back but she never did. Another said she would email me. That never happened either.
This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I got lied to by 2 different employees of yours.

Never received my order. They use FedEx Smartpost for deliveries. Once with USPS no tracking for package. They refuse to refund. Very rude people answering phone.

I tried to order a Tyne C 2021 ping Left handed putter from them. It said they had it in stock upon purchasing the item. 5 days later I get a email saying the item is back ordered. No problem, mistakes happen. I call that day to see why it was back ordered when it said it was in stock on their website just to understand the situation I was in. I got the worst costumer service I have ever had who immediately upon me asking why it was back ordered said we can cancel the order for you. I hung up and called back the next to to try ans get better costumer service. This next lady started to blame me for ordering a back ordered putter and would not help the situation at all upon me requesting to get a better shipping option for free since it was their fault. She kept blaming me for ordering a “back ordered” putter even though at the time it wasn’t, and said their was nothing she could do at the moment and to call back later. Funny enough I got the best costumer service from this place from the lady that I called to cancel my order from them because I want nothing to do with their business. 10/10 do not recommend ordering from this website and they have lost a costumer for life.

I have attempted to order on 4 different occasions for different items and only two orders were fulfilled. Customer service is not very helpful shipping is extremely slow item listings are not current. I recently cancelled an order that initially showed one item as a back order item(if it was on the page listing I wouldn’t have ordered it). So I requested that item be cancelled and ship the rest. Almost 5 days late o recieved a reply saying all my items were back ordered and cancelled. My first (2) purchases were both over $100 each and shipping was free. Subsequently on my next (3) attempts after weeks of placing my orders a rep emails me asking me to authorize $100+ for shipping. It was at this point I decided I will never order from TGW again. It’s a shame because with all of my orders including the ones I cancelled would have been more than $1500 alone. If the experience was better I’d have still been ordering solely from them.
