What a frustrating experience. I ordered some clothes and they are now stuck in BFE USA thanks to Fedex's amazing employees. I cant even get someone to call me to issue me a refund. Please stay away and use Amazon or someone else.

Ordered some golf shoes and did a return because they didn't fit right. I received my money back on the shoes but they wouldn't return the tax I paid on them?? I wonder if the IRS knows about this practice?

Ordered 2 clubs rush shipped for upcoming golf trip. Half the order was correct. The other half was a hybrid instead of driver. Congratulations TGW on 50% accuracy. That’s an F grade and should be zero stars. CSR could fix it after a 5-8 day BIN check process. That’s after my trip… what a joke. Will never buy anything from TGW again. You shouldn’t either.

Scam business! Customer service lies to you. Sends you fake FedEx tracking numbers to stall.

Found a pair of golf shoes I was looking for that have been quite pricey and found them on TGW at an amazing price!!!

First off, I take no issue with TGW's selection, prices, and inventory level. I bought what I bought because it was substantially cheaper than at my local golf course. BUT... it appears they contracted exclusively with FedEx, and I have had nothing but trouble with FedEx ever since COVID-19 started. My recommendation is to do what you need to do to get 2nd day air service, because I'm already 5 days out from when I ordered and instead of being 500 miles from me in Wichita (where their warehouse is), my stuff is now 400 miles from me in the other direction, as in Indianapolis. And each day brings a new estimated delivery date. The original estimate transit time on the TGW website was 2 days.

Skechers are without a doubt the most comfortable golf shoe there is. I also have the mesh type for hot, dry days. I used to be a longtime FootJoy person, but Skechers are now my go-to for golf shoes and everyday run/walk shoes. *** TGW as usual is first rate with good prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Have never had a single issue with TGW. Not to many companies you can say that about. ***

Purchased a wedge on June 8th for my nephew's birthday. Delivery is supposed to occur on June 17th which will be a day ahead of his party. No tracking information, says processing. Called Customer Service and am told that it will definitely arrive on the 17th. Still no tracking number. Call the next day and ask to cancel the order as it's stuck in Kansas. Can't do that because it's left the warehouse. The agent says she will overnight a club to me - that's great. Later that night, an email stating that the order has been cancelled. Another call to customer service who after a 15 minute hold tells me that the original item has now been scanned by Fed Ex so she cancelled the overnight. The original item will arrive in 3-10 business days.

We are expected to accept this level of mediocrity in online purchasing these days. Whether the issue is ostensibly Covid, or supply chain, or not enough employees or some other made up excuse, the consumer is expected to be ok with that. I am not, and the only way to address the issue is to leave reviews explaining the circumstances of each individual's experience, and hope that eventually, the retailer loses business.

Just made my 1st of I'm sure MANY! Hubby and our 16 yr old son recently gained interest after the 16 yr old was asked to join the High School team. Purchased hubby a bag and both of them new shoes. If only we could give no stars. TWO weeks ago ordered and PAID EXTRA for two day shipping for golf bag as we’re hitting the road for a couple of months. Bag never showed. FEDEX tracking according toTGW (1st customer service call). says delayed, undeliverable but here in Phoenix. Our delivery address check with TGW customer service is CORRECT. He then said bag would be here next day. Two days later- No bag. Only TGW has FEDEX tracking. 2nd call to TGW— They’re tracking still saying delayed. TGW says it. cannot recall and canx order since it’s already shipped. TGW has no idea when it will come. We’re leaving town for two months. TGW customer service gal had attitude and did NOTHING to try to resolve—no resolution on helping. We can’t even change address to send to a family member. We offered several resolutions (including her calling FEDEX) all of which were shot down by USELESS customer service rep. IF bag ever comes, we wont’ be here. It will get stolen. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from them—VERY UNRELIABLE. No one offers ANY resolutions. Be warned—they will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
