Deeply unpleasant experience. I work hard as a single mother of 5, and Tesco photo is an incredibly unpleasant and dreadful service. i used this service to take photos of my 5 little children, (Simon, Charlie, Arhtuer, google translate and Theredeo) and the quality of said photos was dreadful! I could take better photos on my Nokia brick!!! do better Tesco!!!

Terrible service, tried buying a canvas £138 they took the money and haven’t sent any receipts or confirmation, I have sent an email and also gone through the contact us section on the website and still no response £138 down with no sign of product.

Purchased Tesco photo credits (which are valid for use for 1 year from purchase) however the website has been down for several months. I have sent numerous emails, the replies all reassuring me once website is up & running I will have access to my credits again. The recent response from Tesco Photo is to "contact Customer Support team on email address stated with your purchase details, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for you. We appreciate your patience while we get this sorted." Yet a week on I have received an automated response but nothing else is forthcoming. Why post a reply on other reviewers if this is not their intention?

I would give it zero stars if I could. I purchased prepaid credits over a year ago and got a message in November saying that I needed to use them. Then I found the website is down. I contacted them to be told to contact Max Spielmann, I went into the store and was given contact details for MS head office who told me that it was a Tesco problem and that they couldn't help. My next try was to go to Timpsons who had sent the original email. I have been in contact a number of times but they also are unable to help as it is a 'Tesco problem'. I am sure I am not the only one and wonder how much money in total they are holding on to without providing the promised service. I am beginning to wonder if there is something more sinister going on. Having worked in IT all my life I know that it doesn't take this long to fix web site problems, I have been offered my money back but to use that elsewhere would only get me half the number of prints I am entitled to. If Tesco are unable to honour their contract then the least they could do would be to offer the correct number of free prints with Max Spielmann

My 15 year old daughter saved her money and bought a cup for her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. She paid for the cup and paid extra £6.99 for NEXT DAY delivery. She had no
confirmation email, no paper receipt, cup didn’t arrive but guess what ….THE MONEY CAME OUT OF HER ACCOUNT. Trying to get hold of someone is impossible and it’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow. TESCO PHOTO QUEDGELEY GLOUCESTER

Only suggestion = contact M Spielmann - despite the fact I told them that I had already spoken to M Spielmann who told me categorically that they cannot honour tesco photo credits & I must wait for the site to he restored. No reply from the Spielmann email address Tesco gave me. Tesco refuse to sort this with Spielmann or refund me - just keep telling me to contact Spielmann.

I bought 500 credits this summer hoping to spread them across the xmas period as well. It seemed a great bargain buy and was very happy initially. But everything is totally shutdown and now I can't use my photo credit this Christmas... or maybe even I've lost the credits forever? When can I use them? And I can't even log in the account to see if they'll expire!

Awful. You can't see any of the wedding moments on the disposables. It's not a kodak issue, they have always been great! It's a low rez printing issue. I'm shocked that tesco would work with a company who can't print basic photos. We had plenty of lighting including light from the windows (it was daylight) but all the photos were too dark to see, low rez, blurry.... we are absolutely gutted! We should have Googled before using Tesco service as others have had the same issue. Heartbreaking! Please all, use a different service. Don't tempt it and send your disposable cameras (especially if it's wedding photos) to Tesco while they are using this company. 5 or 6 came out perfect, the other 90 came out awful and unusable. All taken in the same room, in the same moment..... printing issue! To Tesco: unless you're going to give us our money back, please don't comment about getting in touch with customer service, it's not helpful and the damage is done.

Terrible, phots have been printed with lines accross them, faded areas and completely unusable. The customer service is terrible and you have to jump through hoops to get money back. Don't use this service.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment by Tesco photo. Would give a minus number if possible. I noticed there was a promotion saving me £15 the other day so spent hours (up all night in fact) to get my 600+ holiday photos ready to print. I had 500 credits to use but for some reason they wouldn't work. I clicked the box, but nothing. I contacted customer support who did actually get back to me the following morning. But after that, complete disaster. I kept being told the credits were there (yes, but I couldn't use them). I sent a photo (ironically) and a video showing how the credits, when clicked, weren't registering. I even had one message back saying they had registered and the final price was correct, even when the video and photo clearly shows how the price doesn't change when I click for my credits to be used! Now, I've lost my £15 discount, can't use my credits which expire in a week and still have 600 odd photos to develop!! Why is there not a phone contact? Complete and utter joke of a service.
* The matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks.

I decided to pay more for a human touch, however, the service was a disaster for getting passport photos at Tesco's MAX at 55 Oldfields Rd, Sutton SM1 2NB.
The assistant attitude was not welcoming, I decided to use the Photo machine located by the till.

Very disappointed in customer service.
Ordered online and collected 12x10 photo from in store £10.
Photo has two marks, like indents on the paper which can be seen.
Contacted customer service via contact form with order number and issue and received an automated email on the 19/7.
Never heard from them again.
Would like a refund or replacement.

DONT USE - Unreliable service - Paid £8 for next day delivery when ordered before midday. Ordered at 8am, the order wasnt even PROCESSED on the day it was supposed to be delivered. DPD parcels still havent received it 2 days after. No customer support number, only email that nobody responds to. This company is non-functional and completely inept

Print quality very disappointing - printed image was much too dark. Reprinted same image at Boots and it was perfect!
UPDATE: I contacted their customer services as invited in their reply to my review - but they just ignored it…. Terrible service.

I placed an order for multiple different size photos. Unfortunately when opened, three of the photos had a blue line running straight down the middle of them making them unusable. I contacted Tesco Photo via the form on their website over a week ago requesting a replacement or refund but I am yet to hear anything back. I will not be ordering anything further due to poor quality items, lack of quality control and non existent customer service.

Yesterday, I ordered some basic photo prints for my baby's 1st birthday party, with the intention to collect from my local Tesco, but upon going to checkout, that option was unavailable. The closest collection point was about 10 miles away, and I'm disabled & without transport, so this was not an option. If I selected standard delivery, I probably wouldn't receive my order in time, so I paid £7.99 for next day delivery (a crazy amount for any delivery, especially just photo prints, but they mean so much to us that we were willing to pay it).
Today is the next day, and I hadn't received an email to let me know that my order had been shipped yet, so I tried to email them twice (maybe excessive, but I'm autistic & get exceptionally anxious when I don't know what's going on, and I wanted to know if I need to find another way to get my photos printed), both times I've been ignored, until they emailed me simply saying that my order has finally been shipped & should be with me within 2-3 working days. This means that they won't be fit for purpose when they finally arrive.
I've emailed again, in hopes to get a refund, but I highly doubt they'll get back to me, so I've essentially just chucked £55 down the drain.
I so wish I'd have checked trustpilot before ordering, but I thought with Tesco apparently being a legit company, it would be fine.
Now I'll have to find a way to get my photos printed within the next few hours (tricky feat when you're housebound), or just admit defeat and not have the pictures at my baby's party, which is gutting.

I went to the Camborne photo shop outside the Tesco Supermarket recently.
I have to have I was blown away with the young lads service.
Customer Service is far between however he gave me advise and spend time making sure my Photos of My Cat were perfect.

Used Tesco photobooks several times and really easy to use , especially to edit size and position of photos on each page. Also u used to be able to edit the photo, especially crop it, from the photobook page.
The recent update is awful. I can no longer crop and every time I try to reposition the photo on the page, it's the pag/screen that scrolls up and down. It is very very frustrating and I won't be using again after this book unless they get it sorted.

Went through the process of setting up a photo block. Asked to sign in or register, so set an account up and my basket was emptied.
Started again, set up the photos and went through the order process... 2 factor authentication so approved it in the bank app.. Web page loses account details and you have to go through the order process again. Did this, back to 2factor auth again.. Again lost order details! Terrible experience and gave up after an hour!
