The Terra Trike Person was very helpful in repairing my Terra Trike. My only comment is the Sturmy Archer Caliper failed prematurely as the Terra Trike was used on relatively flat terrain and the brakes were lightly used. I'm 84 years old and my balance is no longer good enough for a two wheeler. So my Terra Rambler is just right for me now and oh so comfortable. And I love the NuVinci drive - just wish the low end were lower. Great trike.

Love the Tera trike
Love the trike. I had a stroke in 2009 and had trouble getting any excersize. Do not have the balance to ride a bike so the Tera trike was the best thing. Rode it every day and before I knew it was doing 12 miles a day. Now that was has come purchase a trainer and using it for work outs. The only regret I have before purchasing the bike I didn't check on discounts ? Being a Vietnam vet I think I would qualify for 10 percent discount. I gave the best chance for excersize.

Great customer service! The person I communicated with was very knowledgeable. My replacement seat frame was shipped quickly, the correct exact-fit part arrived as stated with zero problems. I'm back on the road and a happy customer.

Marine Corps flag
I purchased a Marine flag and am very disappointed, I am a Marine Corp vet and I feel the flag is poorly made and poorly depicts the tradition of the Marine Corp. It is only printed on one side, therefore can be viewed from one side which is hardly the way you intent to display it. I should have investigated it better before purchase and have decided to not display it. I will figure out a way to display a better tribute to the Corps.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
Our intentions were never to disrespect the traditions of our military branches or the men and women that served.
We have always tried to make accessories that are affordable and purposeful.
When we originally tried to do the flags for the armed forces, we were surprised to find out that there was an exorbitant licensing fee to use the logo of each branch of the military - so much that it would have quadrupled the cost of the flag. We wanted to be able to still honor the service men and women with a flag so we tried to use the appropriate colors. We were also limited to the same material, design and setup we use for our other extension flags.
We've had customers who wanted a double sided flag just use 2 together. At $12.95 each, thats still a bargain and far less than it would be for us to produce a specific 2 sided flag.
All profits from our purple heart flag (which we did get authorized to use the logo) are donated to the MOPH foundation. We also have a military discount plan for service members on all new trikes as well. I should point out we are the only ones in the recumbent industry to do this. We also sponsor several wounded warrior riders and veterans day events as well. TerraTrike values the service of our military members and we've always tried to reflect that in not only what we offer, but what we do.
If you are unsatisfied please feel free to return the flag for a full refund.
