Great service and well designed products. A bit pricey.

They make a terrific product at a reasonable price. I've had my TerraTrike for two plus years and have ridden over 2000 miles with no problems. This purchase was to upgrade not to repair.

I've never had a bad experience. The order we placed arrived in good time and was exactly what we ordered. The build quality of the Low Rider Racks is excellent as expected. The Stowaway bags will be a welcome addition to both our Rover and Sportster. I always recommend TT to anyone who asks what we are riding. We've probably had 10 people snap pictures of the TT web site address on the trike to use as a reminder.

I rolled my Sportster due to turning to sharply (my fault) and broke the brake level or handle on the side I rolled onto. TerraTrike had the part I needed at a reasonable price and got it to me within a few days of ordering.

Placed order for seat foam for our Rover tandem and for a pair of socks. Order arrived very quickly and was accurate. I received several emails in advance from company that they were preparing order and that order had been shipped. They also ask if I would please contact them immediately if order was incorrect.

I also had purchased a Rover tandem from Pace Bicycle Haven and Pace setup a special IPS crankset with a 28 tooth chainring to create a straighter chainline. This required a special part to adapt the chainring to the crankset and TerraTrike went the extra mile to locate this part and ship it to Pace.

TerraTrike products are first rate; staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

My order was correct and shipped quickly. I absolutely love the Versa bar bag, it fastened on securely and is easy to use. The new mesh seat looks great no rips or loose threads. I haven't put it on yet, my old seat has a few rides left in it.

Your rep helped me reset my password so I could get the Black Friday special. I am looking forward to being able to ride again.

Love the products: Rover 8 trike, and some accessories, but totally baffled, re: why no installation instructions are included with flag, seat cushion, etc. The flag should be easy to figure out, like pole assembly, but it is so loose in the seat frame hole that it would fall out at the first large bump. The dealer suggested buying some electrical tape and wind it around the pole several times to increase diameter, which worked, but why should the owner have to go to that length to use the product?

Excellent customer service as usual. Ordered on Black Friday special and got myself some unique items. Thank you.
