Pretty disappointed with tentree for a few reasons:
1. They ship their merchandise directly from China. That just doesn’t sit right with me. I was not aware that this was a China based company.
2. The shipping takes FOREVER!! I ordered two pairs of yoga pants on 11/1 and it’s now 11/13 and they still haven’t arrived and won’t be arriving for several days at least… 2+ weeks later.
3. How did this company become Certified B Corp??? I mean, that is a seriously challenging certification to get and being that the items are created and shipped from China, along with extremely cheap prices (do they make sure their workers in China are paid well?) and then uses the slowest shipping method possible just doesn’t add up. When I think of Certified B Corp, I think of brands like Sézane or Patagonia. I just don’t feel tentree is on the same level.

I may end up editing my review once I finally receive my items, maybe for the better but maybe for the worst but I already have a bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed tentree.

My tentree package was stolen from my building lobby. I reached to explain situation. Once I had provided the details and explained how it was out of my control. They resolved the issue for me. Replacing my order. Honestly quality of customer care was unreal!! So so happy with outcome.
The customer service is as good as the quality of clothing! Highly recommend to anyone

Some buttons came off my jacket, and customer service were very quick to reply and ship me some new ones - really great service 👏🏻

Fast delivery, right hoodie for a gift and excellent customer support.

I bought 6 of the mystery boxes, most of them were great, but one had the ugliest, largest pants. Obviously they are unable to sell them so they throw them in the box. I am not disappointed in the quality of the items, but in their customer service and their unwillingness to do anything to help. These are Christmas gifts and now I can't use this one box. Their response to me was to give it to charity, which is what they should have done and sent me a replacement.

I was gifted a Tentree sweater before and I absolutely love it, even after a couple of years! Because of this, I recently placed an order for the first time, but I made a mistake and reached out to see if this could be fixed. Leah from customer service responded to my email immediately and was such a great help!

I absolutely love this company! Great products and great customer service! I have placed several orders and have never had an issue. With my last order there was an issue with one shirt, Leah from Customer Service was amazing and was quick to give me options of what the company could do for me to make it right. I love what this company stands for and I love their products!

Quality of the t-shirt have downgraded since 2022.
Fabric seem more thin and the collar and fit is very loose.
Probably changed the china manufacturer… dont buy if you cant return the items or go to a store try it first. Very disapointed, i wear this brand for several years and now is pure crap..

I came across this store while shopping for sports bras and I tried it on in store then looked at the website for the options. The bra feels well made. Supportive.
It really surprised me because I wasn't looking for one.

I placed the order on my cart and completed it without realizing that I was sent a discount while it was waiting. I quickly sent a message to customer service in which they replied quickly that they were able to add the discount code to my cart and I should get the refund in a few days.

Had an issue with shipping and reached out to the Support team. The customer service has been phenomenal! Love the products! Company is incredible, and Customer service is top notch!!

I had a problem with my parcel's delivery : I didn't received it altough the carrier marked it delivered. I reached out to the customer service and Leah took care of everything. I had already bought from Tentree in the past and definitely will buy from them again knowing now that not only the products are of excellent quality and are good for the planet, but also that the customer service is so on point!

I placed, and paid for an order for a hoodie, THREE hours later I receive a message "reminding" me to place my order. I assumed I had made a mistake and not sent the original order, so I pushed the (second) order through. I checked my bank statement and saw TWO identical charges for Tentree, so I rechecked and saw that there were now two identical orders. I texted CS and asked them to flag the second order and cancel it, as it was a duplicate. Next day, I received a reply saying BOTH orders had already shipped and that the dupe couldn't be cancelled. I emailed again, asking if I would be able to return the dupe, they said no returns on that item. Fabulous, I have two of the same thing. I haven't actually received the hoodie(s), so can't speak on the quality yet. Seems a little shifty to message someone that their order wasn't actually placed when it was, and then basically taking my money (twice!) and saying "tough $h!t". Be careful with this company!

Leah helped me so much! I accidentally sent an order to the wrong address, and Leah helped me to get it shipped to the right address. Leah was so helpful, efficient, and swift to aid me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I just stumbled across tentree this year & have ordered for my self & family. I’ve really been impressed with what they stand for & I’m most definitely a tree lover…… My most recent purchase had a little hiccup, so I reached out to customer support. Silvia solved my issue promptly & the results were above & beyond my expectations!!! Recently I had an issue with an order. I contacted support and was connected with Silvia who talked me through the process. After 2 days of back and forth, the outcome was FAR better than I could have anticipated. Silvia was compassionate, kind, and incredibly helpful.
I have yet to visit the site and NOT find at least 3 things to add to my wish-list, and when I make a purchase, I never feel guilty because I get to passively plant trees - helping the environment.
TenTree, you will forever be in my good books, and probably forever on my bank statements with future purchases.

I got scammed it's been 3 months and no items they took 169.00 dollars from me won't respond to any of my messages they lied

I've been a customer for years. I always had a great customer service, quick shipping and great quality clothes.
Even when I had a shipping issue (only once in about 8 years), the team was really quick to solve it!
I'm glad I can shop with a compagnie who's values align with mine.

I already have some stuff from tentree and it's all great quality, super comfortable, and looks good. Leah on the customer care team was amazing with my most recent purchase. While in the middle of the online transaction processing, the sale they had going on ended and I was charged full price. So I
emailed to cancel the order and said I'd wait for another sale. Leah reached out to say they would take care of it and give me the sale price if I wanted to complete the sale, or she would have them cancel the order if I choose that route. She then emailed and went over the refund amounts to show how much they were going to process back to my card. Usually it's the "Sorry there's nothing we can do" theme from retailers, but Leah and tentree didn't go that route. Excellent and proactive customer service, excellent clothes and hats, and they do stuff for the environment, too. Can't go wrong. Thanks Leah, I appreciate your help! Love the shirts and hat I ordered as well.

I ordered online, had a couple hiccups I wanted to double check- not only did they reply right away. They gave direct answers and were super helpful! Shoutout to Logan, and Leah at customer care. Hands down the best online customer support I’ve ever dealt with.
