Staff and service
When waiting to claim prizes for tickets with our children we were repeatedly ignored and others were served in front of us as they were waiting to order drinks. We had spent money on bowling, food, drink and the arcade. It was pretty disappointing to be so obviously ignored by staff.

Broken mini golf course, disappointing escape rooms, and grumpy staff
We did the Prison Putt golf in Tenpin Southampton. On several of the holes, there were broken bits of tech, wires pulled out etc, and it didn’t work properly so we had to skip these holes. Also, our ball got eaten twice by the machines and we didn’t get it back when we were supposed to, so it was a pretty bad experience all in all. I can imagine the Prison Putt was pretty cool when it first opened, but now it just seems unloved and deteriorating, it’s a shame.
We also did one of the escape rooms and we had to wait 10 minutes after knocking on the door several times before anyone even came, at which point we had had to go and find someone. The escape room was poorly designed, with nice decor and theming, but puzzles that didn’t really make sense, and the staff weren’t really very into the story, so we didn’t feel particularly immersed in the theme.
Some of the staff at tenpin were helpful, but a lot of them were a bit moody, and made us feel like an inconvenience, and it was quite clear some of them didn’t really want to be there. A disappointing experience.

We arranged a birthday party for our son. The staff were very welcoming and took our requests into consideration. Only constructive feedback would be to consider the portions of food served for party / the pizza slices portion was very small and I had to order in extra items to ensure the kids were not hungry.

Quality of the food is not good
Quality of the food is not good, staff are friendly but not enough of them as the counter/bar area was unmanned most of the time the security guard had to call the staff to the counter. We only did Bowling and arcade this visit was good and all areas clean and tidy.

The kids had fun yes !! But the prices for food was ok until the food arrived !! A adults burger and chips wouldn't feed a 2 year old !! Outrageous !!

Feedback on a laser tag party.
My son’s party was joined with another party with meant 6 of them on one team against 15 from the other party. The unequal team sizes did not work well.
Also portion sizes of food were very small.
Also they did not have a t shirt which would fit my son.

Great experience
Great location. Good atmosphere. Plenty of parking and instructions to add your licence on the screen. Had great fun. Member of staff really helpful and made experience really enjoyable
