My daughter Jorgie had her 10th birthday with the team they were brilliant from start to finish the girls loved the singing and music choices could not fault the staff who went above and beyond to make her day special

Have to ring as cannot book concession online I do this weekly for our service users. The helpline staff are always very helpful over the phone. However on taking 2 clients with learning difficulties to Harlow, it turned out we’d been 60p under charged the lady there would NOT let us pay it then as been done over phone, she was most unhelpful and did not have a great attitude towards people with difficulties. Thank goodness a support worker was with our guys, so she finally relented and let the 60p go! Not after she’d made us feel bad- when we only pay what’s charged over the phone! How was we to know undercharged? Staff member could do with some training on how to treat people!

Quick service, nice people.

Ordered multiple drinks through the app in our party and had to chase them at the bar to get them. Then when we decided to order at the bar, we were told you can't go to use the app. Staff seem to do the bare minimum to earn their wage.

Great quality, lovely staff.

Prices are way to high, but I do understand that overheads are extortionate! Harlow council and government need to lower ground rents,as do utility companies. STOP running the high street into the ground, give companies a break, Bring back the high street and cash for EVERYONE..
I will say, on our last visit, the loos were a bit smelly, but not unclean.

I had my son’s 5 th birthday party here on Sunday just gone. Very disappointing- firstly it took me two days to make him a cake when we arrived I was told they could not put it in the fridge- even tho it was 30 degree heat outside. It was boxed and bagged. By the time we served the cake it was melted. It also says the cake is presented by the venue- they dumped it on the bar and called me over to do it myself.
Not one member of staff sang happy birthday.
The entertainment with balloons and dancing - was a young miserable girl came round for 5 minutes with some balloons, I didn’t see her crack a smile once.
Not one member of staff asked if we were ok, they all just grunted at us.
The food was over cooked, not quite burnt but very well done.
I requested a vegan meal for one child and when the waitress said he could have nuggets or burger and we asked “ are they vegan”
She replied “ they should be” 🤣
The children all had a great time but I wouldn’t recommend a party here - the staff were unfriendly, and unhelpful and made absolutely no effort.
They came with a party bag for the bday boy and didn’t even give it to him , just dumped it on one of the guests mums.
Won’t be returning for a party here.

Very reasonable for families using the Tuesday deal. Staff were nice. Please take a look at lane 9, we’re very sure it’s not registering strikes properly. The far right pin seems to be re positioned despite having been knocked. Also quite hot in there. Had a nice time with my children thank you

Last Sunday my daughter had her birthday party there. Everything goes smoothly, and staff is very friendly!

We had a birthday party and i can't express our host Alex was. We had an amazing experience at the bowling alley, thanks to Alex. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were all having a great time. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her positive attitude really made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her effort and would definitely come back again because of the excellent service!

I would only suggest the kitchen staff, try not to burn the pizza's

Staff were very helpful

This was a small party of 5 children celebrating a six year old’s birthday. The bowling was fine, however the party ‘host’ was very lacklustre in her approach to making sure the children had a good time. For example, she came to our party with some balloons, looking as happy as a condemned prisoner, said ‘sword or dog?’ to the kids, and made a very unenthusiastic balloon sculpture for each of them. She then promptly walked off, with no attempt to engage the kids, and barely a smile. When the kid’s food arrived, their pizza’s were given to each of them while they were sitting waiting for their turn to bowl, on the bench at the bowling lane. I was expecting the kids would drop their food, as it wasn’t served to them at a table, and they were eating out of a pizza box balancing on their knees. It is only because I walked back from the bar, that I noticed a table had been reserved for the kids, but we were not told this by anyone, and the kids had finished eating by then. The strict adherence to the 12.00 finish time was also rather unnecessarily harsh, and it would’ve been nice to be given a short warning that the time was nearly up. The kid’s had one more turn each to complete the game, but at 12.00 sharp, the session was abruptly halted. The scores were wiped, the lane side barriers were lowered, and the pins were knocked down. Although this is technically fine, letting a few small kids finish their game, in a practically empty bowling alley, would have left a more positive impression on us, but instead, we felt like it was a case of ‘we’ve got your money now, so clear off.’
