Everything was great
Everything was great , accept the fact I think staff should have proper cleaning duties in place as I asked for a glass of water and the glass was dirty and smelled like wet dog I had to stop drinking it , I never mentioned to staff as the place was very very busy , now 3 days later I have a sore throat and sore ear on left side in which it has came from this experience , please make sure staff are cleaning the glasses properly to stop other people getting sick

This place is fantastic
This place is fantastic, after the Megabowl shut down there wasn't much for the kids to do but this place has lots for the kids to do, me, my wife and our boy go at least once a week and the value for money is great from the bowling to the drinks, the staff are also helpful.

A long time since my own children were wee and I used to take them ten pin bowling, now my granddaughter is here it was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon, my children,my grandchild and I thoroughly enjoyed it .

Fast service, good atmosphere

Ten pin bowling fun
The bowling alleys were good fun for my two grandchildren ages 3 and 5. I felt staff could have engaged a bit better. Perhaps short staffed as it was very busy. I had bowling booked on line and went to the bar to ask what the procedure was as this was our first visit. I was advised to head over to the bowling area and the reception there would help me out! Except there was no reception there. I was a bit confused. By this point trying to carry their foot and drinks to our lane. Had to go back to the bar as our lane was still busy. Was advised my lane was running late and it would be around another 15 minutes so back to find a table with our food and drinks. Not ideal but somehow managed it.
We also ordered food but I would miss that out next time. The pizza wasn’t cheap either and had no texture or flavour to is. Definitely improvement needed there. But overall it was a good experience playing bowling and some machines too. They enjoyed carrying their little pots of money around. Staff were all friendly but just not enough of them to managing everything by how busy it was.
Lovely girl Yvonne, very bubbly and cheerful spoke to us on the way out asking if we had enjoyed our experience. She was very polite and hoped we would all be back soon.
My biggest criticism would be the food.

It was my 1st time visiting venue so wasn't nervous as I had grandkids with me. On approaching the reception desk, the girls was very helpful and instantly reassured by taken me to lane and explaining the set up and explains how things worked

Good fun
The place was bright, clean and staffed by friendly and efficient employees.
It was lively and whilst busy with young people, they were having fun, safe and well supervised.
Good value, not too expensive.

We didn't have to wait about to get bowling/ Ordered drinks from the alley and all delivered within a couple of minutes. For a Saturday afternoon it was busy but not in an annoying way!
