Ĺaser tag with 3 people?
We turned up for laser tag 10:15 as requested early for briefing not seen until 10:35. Found out there would just be three of us in the game and told no refund. Game over 10:55. Not impressed we were looking for a new place for school holidays. DW
People should be warned they maybe the only players, you can fix being on time but I think warning would be useful, If I had known I would have cancelled and taken my grandson bowling instead.

A great day out ......
Had a really great time grandson particularly enjoyed himself, only reason for 4 stars is that we ordered meals (took a while but was very busy so understandable) but one was missing which took another 10/15 mins to come out. Over all enjoyale

Bowling was great fun
Bowling was great fun. Good arcades and friendly staff.
Drinks service was good.
Toilets had a very strong urine smell.

Advised to arrive 15 minutes early and…
Advised to arrive 15 minutes early and Chichester tenpin wasn’t even open at 9.45. Lane 12 bumpers were working on left but not of right losing numerous balls for my 4 Grandchildren all aced 9 and under, then both went down. I complained and a lady receptionist curtly told me to wait my turn. Our names were entered onto system by the same receptionist at check in then a man blamed me for bumpers not working as it should have been entered onto system. I asked very clearly for the bumpers. Despite at least 15 minutes of wasted time my hour that I had paid for was not added too despite faulty equipment. Poor experience. The 4 children were given £5 each in pound coins to play the machines in the main area and several times the children should have won the tickets to exchange for a lolly or little gift but nearly every machine failed to dispense the promised ticket's. I spent a total of over £100 with tenpin yesterday on bowling, food, drinks and £1 machines and came away feeling very disappointed at staff attitude and faulty equipment. The music was also so loud the reception staff were struggling to hear people.

Took my children there for their birthday
Took my children there for their birthday, we ordered drinks through the app which never arrived. When we asked for an update we were told the order wasn’t received. We showed them the order confirmation on the app and the confirmed transaction through my bank, this still wasn’t enough and it felt as though we were being accused of lying. The bowling was fun but incredibly overpriced for what it is, poor customer service and overall a bad time. I’d recommend going elsewhere.
