The overall experiance was ok but the food was not great at all we was told as part of the package our food would be delivered to our bowling lane which it wasn't we had to chase it after the bowling had finihsed.

I had a great experience it was my first time I couldn’t believe how much there was to do and how it catered for all age groups I think putting offers on really helps especially through the week a really good time was had from all the family

First time at the new venue. Great experience. Will be back!

the staff and whole experience was amazing, first time coming, it was like coming into something from the future, I thought it looked like the odeon still from the outside but inside it transformed into a gaming heaven of bowling, darts, lazer quest, pool etc.

Visited with my 9 year old daughter for father's day. This was booked by my daughters mother as a surprise for us both for fathers day. She paid £33 for 2 games online after been advised this was the best way to book when previously contacting when we arrived advertised is 2 games for £10 every Sunday. Not only was my ex wife over charged we were playing no longer than 20 minutes in total. I bought a round of drinks only for these to be removed by a member of staff 5 minutes after buying. When speaking to a manager I was shocked to be informed this is a regular occurrence and had already happened twice that day. I understand that you are a new business and staff are still learning however this is just rediculous.

Of course there is some kinks to iron out but it had only been open a few days but overall a lovely experience. Lots of great offers and many activities to have a great day

Great soft play. My grandson is 3 and loved our afternoon at Tenpin. We also had a game of bowling and he had a go on a couple of the arcade games. He keeps asking for us to go again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for us as it’s just around the corner. We will definitely return soon.

Book 2 hours for the soft play, far too many children inside it said it can fit over 100 children, yeah it really can’t…the price wasn’t too bad for that bit but tue rest of it ? Extortion- I don’t recon it would last long staying at those prices

Staff member James was amazing

But when I tried asking for a refund- child didn’t even play for 15 minutes before crying and refusing to go back, it was too loud and too busy, the manager told me “it wasn’t a valid reason” and walked away

Seemed so chaotic after you walk passed arcade games at entrance. You dont really know where you are going to pay for bowling. Pricing was different to online best paying before you go. Tables in Middle of center was like a free for all had soft play queuing down the middle of them. And other side had bar so close to soft play and tables wasn't much room to queue for drinks and food. We seemes to spend more time waiting in queues then anythjng else. Ordered a snack at the lane for kids [was only portions of fries] and ended up waiting 35 mins after asking staff how long we would have to wait. Layout and signage could have been different. I get its just opened but atleast expected more staff and some more experienced trained staff present at a weekend

Great place clean but asked for bowling shoes and they didn’t have any so ended up bowling in sandals should make it clear don’t provide shoes. Also the alcoholic beverages was not good my friend ordered a gin didn’t even taste of anything and also no cocktails on the menu which I was looking forward to trying and not many choices of mixers

Soft play set up is awful, it is not seperate to the main room so it is far too loud for young children, they have magnetic gates which are not adequately staffed - would never return

Why I’m giving Tenpin a 3 star firstly on arrival to the venue which my partner had pre booked she was asked for her name 4 times before they found her on the system! Had a wait there. Then he pointed at the lane we were bowling on which was lovely but for me I like to bowl right on tenpins that aren’t attached to string on many occasions we would bowl tenpins would fall by themselves?

A bit slippy when bowling but you’ve to expect this with it being new! There’s a barcode and a menu to order drinks and food etc!
5 of us ordered drinks table service 10 minutes later no drinks ? I went to the bar one man run off his feet bless this guy was working hard. I’d give him a 10 out of 10 for his work ethic and how hard he was working anyway I went to the bar as now 15 minutes had past I advised I’d ordered drinks table service they not turned up yet 4 members of staff I could see were stood in the back room near the bar on their phones having a laugh while this guys run off his feet. I advised they missed a drink off my order as at this point one of the four had decided to come and help the guy on the bar she checked the drinks I’ve gone to collect against the receipt and then got it another 5 minutes there her chatty to her mate the look she gave me wasn’t the best I thanked her. On returning to the lane to take my turn my partner was speaking with the family next to us whom had the same experience with their table service other than that I found it very expensive £70 for one game 5 drinks tenpins on string red rose bowling for me is a better experience in Preston plus the tenpins aren’t attached to string!

The place looks great. Probably teething problems with only recently opening but the food was awful and the coffee I ordered took too long to arrive when staff were stood around at the bar.

I really dont feel like the soft play is secure enough there should be like a fence around the seating area having 1 staff member on who's trying to look for people's bookings and also keeping an eye on the doors isnt enough a child is going to run right out of the doors or be taken if something isn't done if you have more than 1 child to watch it would be so easy for one of them to just go also the music for the bowling is ridiculously loud the poor woman trying to check everyone in couldn't hear a thing which made the checking in process 10 times longer than it needed to be and it was so overwhelming for myself and my children I will not bring my children back for the soft play but the other activity's look good

Great place, great staff, fun times

The staff were really helpful, the lady that bought the food was lovely. The food was nice and hot. We took the family on night here to try it out and will visit again we had a great time.
