Only 4 bowling balls in my lane
Only 4 bowling balls in my lane, the pins stopped working and had to be reset but the game was not reset. Not enough staff present. This is my usual bowling place always hit or miss this place

The bowling experience was superb however the lift to the venue smelled like a toilet looks like it has been used as a toilet and is not being cleaned

We had booked a meal and game together…
We had booked a meal and game together ticket, however when we came there and showed ticket to reception counter they did not communicate this to kitchen, and we kept playing games and no food was coming and we eveb finished playing and on repeated asking was informed food was not communicated to the kitchen and when the burger came finally it was dry with no mayonnaise or ketchup though was mentioned in chicken burger leaflet, it was such a terrible experience and we wont be visiting again

Tenpin experience
A very nice place to go bowling with a friend. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and once we got started, everything ran smoothly. There was a slight delay at the beginning due to a lack of staff, as we had to wait to access our booking. However, after that initial wait, the experience was easy and enjoyable overall.

Great bowling & loads of entertainment in the arcades. Lovely staff! The food service was slow, but was very busy at the time.

Always enjoy our visit to Tenpin
Always enjoy our visit to Tenpin. The atmosphere is good and there is the arcade to follow on. We do come regularly in half terms. Bit disappointed that I went for 2 for 1 booking and the next day it was 2 games for £10 so my grandson and I paid more.
