The price was very good - as competitive as i found for an unstrung Yonex...but then there was a free upgrade to have it strung, with string and tension of my choosing (within reason). It didnt arrive next day, but it was only 1 day late..and arrived by a decent delivery firm (DPD) in the time specified.
Very happy...the stringing was worth £20...and the price was already competitive.

Customer service was second to none. Ordered a Pickleball padde that I did not realise was not eligible for a tournament I was about to play. I needed to replace it within same week to arrive in time for the tournament. Tennis Nuts sent out a replacement before I even had to return the previous one. Special mention to Dean on customer service for sorting me out.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lennie and the team at Tennis Nuts. I ordered a racquet which arrived the next day. Everything was great with the tracked delivery. I couldn't be happier and would recommend.

Always clear and simple, ast and efficient to deal with and order from I have found over the last 20 or so years. Very good too with helpful information where advice is needed. Delivery is good and properly packaged, they seem to cope where so many other businesses fall down

Ordered a few times from TennisNuts. Always been impeccable service and can’t fault them.

Only issue was my item was delayed once it reached DPD so didn’t receive it for a few days. However can’t fault the team at TennisNuts for that.

I got sent the wrong package, had very little communication about what's happening and also concerned that as I received someone else's package and all their details, someone else has all of my personal contact details which I really don't appreciate and feel is a GDPR issue. So I don't have my rackets, I don't know where they are or when I might receive them and received someone else's stuff.

Great price, quick delivery and all round excellent service.

It was generally a good experience, however the delivery was slow because I ordered (at the same time to avoid double postage fees) a replacement grip which was not in stock. In the end I ordered a replacement and both items arrived about 10 days after ordering.
