Still waiting to receive the product I bought 12 days ago. I had not heard anything so I spoke with temptations and a kind lady said that the item I bought was out of stock and they were waiting for it to arrive. I think it would have been better to have been told it was out of stock earlier or say it was on your website.

I am sorry you've had to wait for your item. We were expecting the item in shortly after your order was placed (the next day to be exact). However when our delivery was received the supplier had sent us the wrong item, hence the delay. The delivery is due in today and so your order should be dispatched today as well.

Excellent products, Top service!
I had a problem with my most recent order due to the carrier failing to meet the next day delivery. Venus/Temptations were advised my me of the problem and investigated - refunding the delivery fee for the next day service.

Good Prices - Good Customer Service
I found an item for a great price. Unfortunately there was a problem with it. I rang the customer service number and got through to a person straight away. Within minutes the problem had been sorted and a new item was posted to me asap.
Having been a bit twitchy buying electrial goods online previously, I wouldn't have a problem going back to these guys because they were friendly, quick and efficient - and the prices are good!

Exceptional amount of stuff to buy
Temptations Direct is great for all sorts of sexual items. It has a larger selection that most other sites I've been to, and at pretty good prices compared to some more famous adult item retailers. Without wishing to get too colourful, suffice it to say that my girlfriend and I are very happy with the various items, toys and sex aids we've bought from this site.
