Will never purchase from this company again

It took almost 2 full weeks for my order to be shipped. I attempted to get in contact with someone there as there was a feature that I could message someone but no reply no nothing. I now would never purchase another item from this company. Horrible experience.

Hello Mrs Easton, thanks for your review! We have not received an email or inquiry from you! We have a ‘contact us’ section where you can leave a message and we will contact you right away through email, also in that page you can find a WhatsApp customer service number for a faster response. We really don’t understand the reason of your bad review.

Hi Brandon, on your last order one of the two items that you ordered was out of stock. However, we edited your order and refunded the money of this product and continued with the one available, you received an email about this. Based on all orders received daily, our inventory don't update until we process the order. We are working hard to provide a better experience but is not fair that you leave a 1-star review without first contacting us to try to solve your problem. If you have any other concern please reach us at info@templeoftemptations.com or whatsapp number (737) 330-5252
