Incredibly bad costumer service

I have an ongoing case - I will update everything, when hopefully everything is resovled.
It started by me trying to order through their EU website - they refered me to the UK one.
No problem with placing the order.
There then was an incredible long waiting time, with slow response from them. The ring eventually arrived.
We were happy, even though it took around 3 months from placing the order.
After about 2 months, the ring started to rust. I contacted them to get a refund or for them to repair an apparent mistake. They said that because it was more then 100 days since the order was placed (not arrived) they would not provide a refund. After a lot of slow response and many mails, an agreement was found: to choose another ring.
I then payed myself for the ring to be shipped back to the UK, and was told I would be reimbursed.
Since then.
Silence.
Or almost, they have confirmed they got the ring.
No refund for the postage costs, no timeline for the new ring, no updates.
So now I have no ring and have put out money for the postage.
I have sent around 5 mails, with no response to get an update on the ring and the refund.
Really bad costumer service, with slow response and their "rules/policy" (100 days policy) is incredible stupid, as the ring arrived just before it ran out..
I hope I will get the ring and refund soon...

Bought a platinum men’s ring recently and the quality is fantastic. It has a really nice weight to it and feels durable without being bulky. What stood out most was that the staff were genuinely helpful without pushing for extra sales. It’s rare to find service that feels this relaxed and professional nowadays.

They even showed us the CAD design beforehand which made the whole process feel reassuring and professional. The final ring looks even better in person than I imagined. Shopping for a men’s wedding band sounded simple until I realised how many choices there actually are. The team explained the differences between finishes and metals without overcomplicating things. I tried several platinum and yellow gold bands before finding one that felt just right. The ring feels premium, solid, and comfortable to wear daily.

I ordered a wedding ring for my future husband with enough time before the wedding to arrive as advertised on the website plus i allowed for another 4 weeks additional on top of the advised timescale. Nearer the wedding I chased for updates as the ring didnt arrive as per the timeline advised on the website. It arrived with only a small time range to spare before the wedding which caused additional panic from me which you dont need on the run up to your wedding. I received a call from the London office to say the ring had arrived and would be shipped to my address which was a relief but whilst talking to me, he advised the engraving had not been engraved as per my instruction. The last 3 letters of the engraving had not been completed. I was advised due to the short space of time they wouldnt have time to send it back to Australia to finish and back to me in time for the wedding. I asked if I could take it to a jeweller in the UK to finish off and was advised if I did that I would void the warranty but they would rectify the situation after the wedding so I had no option but to get married with a ring engraving that made no sense. After I returned from honeymoon I contacted Temple and Grace to ask for the engraving to be completed. I was advised to post it back to them and due to the error being all down to Temple and Grace they would cover the cost of postage. I posted off and sent the receipt and proof of postage to them. I was advised it had been sent to head office and to allow 5-7 days for refund. I then got an email asking for the balance of the ring which needed paying which was £1110 - bearing in mind the ring was paid for in full before the wedding. This again caused more anxiety as I called the Head Office and they advised this is an automated email as it had arrived at London store but they did need check if I had previously paid. I chased via email and telephone for an update on this as it was causing undue stress. After a few days the ring arrived at my home with the completed engraving. Then I had to chase the refund for the receipt as nothing had been received. They advised a refund had been processed and to check my bank. I advised no refund had been received. With no communication I received an email from Paypal saying Temple and grace had sent the refund....without checking if I had PayPal or which email to send it to. They sent it to my email address I had been using to contact them which isnt linked to my PayPal which meant I couldnt claim the refund. It was easier to add this email address to my PayPal account than have another conversation with the customer service team to rectify. So eventually I got my refund and completed ring but all with added stress and anxiety. The ring is beautiful but its not worth all that comes with having to deal with the customer service team.
I bought a tennis bracelet from Temple…
I bought a tennis bracelet from Temple and Grace recently and I’m honestly impressed with the quality. Seeing it in person made a huge difference because the sparkle and craftsmanship are much nicer than photos can show. The bracelet sits comfortably on the wrist and feels secure enough for everyday wear. Staff at the London showroom were very welcoming too.

Massively disappointed in Temple & Grace UK. Sara is very happy to communicate when you’re buying but if there’s a problem then the communication dries up.
Three days after our engagement the 2 carat pink diamond fell out of my fiancée’s ring. On closer inspection the claws used to hold the stone in place were simply not fit for purpose. I asked for the 1 carat stone to be upgraded to a 2 carat stone and the jeweller has not modified the ring to accommodate the new stone.
Sara now doesn’t answer her mobile phone and ignores emails.
I strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing from here to think again.
Ropeable
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had that unnecessarily snowballed due to gross incompetence of their staff and total apathy from the founder, Twisha.
Ordered a pair of earrings a couple of weeks before my wife and I’s 10th anniversary after being assured they were available and I’d receive them before the date.
The day before they were supposed to arrive and not having received any communication I reached out for an update. Only heard back after hours advising the earrings didn’t pass QA so had been sent off to be remade.
I checked again the next morning to see if this was actually the case, it was. I explained this isn’t what I’d been promised so they offered 10% off my next purchase, which was useless under the circumstances.
I asked if they had a pair at the Perth boutique that I could collect given the clock was ticking. There wasn’t but I was offered another pair as a substitution. I accepted and left work early to race across town before they closed.
After arriving, the boutique manager Michelle (who was genuinely lovely) showed me the earrings, told me they were samples so couldn’t actually keep them and oh yeah, they’re 3x the price of what I’d ordered. I spent the next 45 minutes in the store while poor Michelle (again, lovely) did her best to navigate the mess she’d been hand balled with the head office.
It was clear that Twisha had zero interest in helping find any sort of solution, I could hear the conversation.
I’ll leave it there out of kindness to anyone still reading but the outcome was me leaving with no time to find another option so my wife gets nothing on our (Good Friday) anniversary, half a day wasted and requesting a refund.
Hopefully the refund passes their QA.
Beautiful ring, but long delays and poor communication
I have very mixed feelings about Temple & Grace.
The quality of the ring I received is excellent. The craftsmanship is impeccable and it is a beautiful piece of jewellery.
However, the overall experience from order to delivery was extremely disappointing.
When I placed the order, I specifically ordered a Palladium ring, as that was the material I wanted for strength and durability. I was repeatedly assured it would be delivered before my engagement date (before 21st November). Unfortunately, it was not delivered until the 3rd February.
Communication throughout the process was very slow. Emails often went unanswered for long periods, delivery dates were pushed back repeatedly, and I was left chasing constantly for updates.
In the end, I was told they could no longer fulfil the Palladium order due to supplier/manufacturing issues, and I had to settle for Platinum instead, which was not what I originally wanted.
It also became clear that the ring was being produced through an overseas supplier, which may explain some of the long lead times, but this was not made clear at the point of ordering.
To their credit, they did offer a goodwill gesture and partial refund due to the delays, which I appreciated.
In summary: the final ring is high quality, but the delays, lack of communication, and inability to supply the original material made the experience stressful. If you are ordering for a specific date, I would strongly recommend allowing at least 6 months in advance.

SCAM?
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering from Temple and Grace.
I ordered an 18k rose gold ring. When it arrived, it did not resemble the product images on the website, came with no certificate of authenticity or valuation, and was not hallmarked. After checking myself, the ring weighed approximately 5g, which should legally be hallmarked in the UK.
When I raised these concerns, I was initially told hallmarking was not required, which was incorrect. Only after pushing back did the company agree to accept a return.
Although a refund was eventually issued, this only happened after multiple follow-ups and chasing. The process was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been for an item that was clearly not as described.
Selling jewellery advertised as 18k gold without a hallmark or certification, then providing misleading explanations and requiring customers to repeatedly chase for a refund, is not acceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not trust this company for high-value jewellery purchases.
Extremely disappointing experience — would not recommend
We ordered both of our wedding rings at the beginning of August and received our confirmation straight away. One of the rings was due to arrive only a week before our wedding, so we called customer service to check if it could be dispatched any sooner, just in case alterations were needed.
Over the following six weeks, we phoned regularly for updates and were repeatedly told we’d receive a call back — but we never did. Only one member of staff actually looked into it properly and confirmed that the rings would arrive in time. Unfortunately, that reassurance turned out to be completely wrong.
When the dispatch date came and went with no update, we called again (after several failed attempts to get through) and were told — just four days before our wedding — that the rings would not be arriving. To say we were devastated is an understatement.
We requested a refund immediately so we could go out and buy replacements, and were told the refund would be processed the next day. It wasn’t. I chased again the following week with no reply, then chased again five days later before finally receiving a message saying they’d “look into it.” Finally today, almost 2 weeks later, the money has been refunded.
This entire experience has been incredibly stressful at what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. Between the poor communication, broken promises, and lack of accountability, I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone. What should have been a joyful purchase became a complete waste of time, money, and emotional energy.

Temple and Grace have been horrific with communication about our two wedding rings. We are getting married next Saturday and obviously haven’t received our rings yet. We have called and emailed multiple times and when we have managed to speak to someone they have lied about the rings being ready to go. This feels like a scam. If our wedding wasn’t so soon I would cancel the order and never look back but we still need something to exchange on the day! Do not go near.
A wonderful experience
The whole experience from initial appointment booking to visiting the shop on a couple of occasions was pleasurable.
We were looking for non-conventional wedding rings. We received excellent service at Temple and Grace. Sonaire was very knowledgeable and helpful, assisted us in making our choices. Thoroughly recommend Temple and Grace.

Outstanding service
I very rarely leave reviews but the level of service given by Sonaire was second to none in ensuring that my meteorite wedding band met my expectations. Despite a tight turnaround, his attentiveness to quality and willingness to go above and beyond were amazing. I could not recommend Temple & Grace highly enough.

Customer Service Excellence
What a true delight and refreshing change to have such excellent customer service! For some very sad personal reasons I needed to get a wedding ring with haste for my mum to give to my dad on his 90th birthday, it was a very tight turn around and the wedding band was to also be engraved.
I worked with Sonaire Sadik and I can tell you this gentleman has pulled out every stop to get this ring to me rushing to the post office himself personally and I got it 3 days early. Thank you does not sound enough.
Sonaire has been outstanding even ringing me at weekends to keep me updated. The ring is lovely and presentation packaging very nice.
I am sure on my Dads 90th birthday this Wednesday the day will now be perfect for my mums sake. Sonaire could have done no more excellent and genuine customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again

Great ring designs and customer service
I had a great experience with Temple and Grace, especially because of Joseph’s customer service. They were able to meet our tight deadline of getting a ring made for my fiancée before we went on holiday and Joseph went above and beyond throughout. We really like their variety of ring designs for men and will be using them again to make our wedding bands. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a more boutique service at affordable price.
