Telmex is a scam!!!!!!! They have stolen all my funds and won’t allow me to withdraw my own money!!! How stupid of me to trust them (why did I think that it could work?) and now my account is blocked. Every time when I try to withdraw my funds they show me error code 404 or something like that. Is this a real company? I bet they just sit in their basement laughing at me and meanwhile I can’t pay my rent next week (ｰ ｰ;) I was so desperate and cried for days till someone recommended QuiCKriCoTEch. Honestly, I thought this one was another scam too, as everything in the Internet is a lie these days, right? But I had no other choice left – I was literally out of money. I contacted QuiCKriCoTEch and they managed to retrieve my crypto from those Telmex scammers. It was successful although my phone switched every other word to weird things like ducking and monument. If you got robbed by Telmex guys you better contact them as soon as possible as there is no other solution for you.

After weeks of frustration and no progress, I contacted Mrs. Olivia and her team regarding a trading issue. I didn’t expect much, but their response blew me away. They handled my case with care, professionalism, and diligence. For the first time, I felt hopeful—and rightly so, because they helped resolve the matter to my satisfaction.

Llevo una semana sin Internet y cada día dicen que van a venir ese mismo día y nada. Mejor cámbiate a Totalplay o Izzi

Our new puppy chewed through our internet cable. I went to their office to set up a repair visit. It says on their page that you can talk to someone in English, but that is not true, you have to go into the office. I went in on Monday. I was told a repair man would be out within 72 hours. I waited a week. No call, no show. Went back the next Monday, was told someone would be out that day or the next to fix it. Again, no call, no show. Went back on Wednesday. Got the repair job number and was told they would be out in two days between 9 and 6. That was the third no call, no show. I went back this last Monday and returned my modem and cancelled my service, which I'd had for over two years. When I asked why I was dropping their service, I told the lady and got not so much as an apology. She just shrugged and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. Unbelievably bad service.

Contraté hace menos de tres semanas con Telmex, me cobran por adelantado ya llevo 5 días sin servicio y eso que es de fibra óptica. Es una lata poderse comunicar a atención a clientes y me dicen que debo esperar 72 horas. Cada que hablo es lo mismo. Ah!!, eso si, para contrataciones rápido que lo atienden a uno. Me comuniqué directamente con el técnico que hizo la instalación qué porque tenía garantía de 60 días y simplemente me respondió el primer mensaje y al decirle la situación, ya no me respondió nada. Y a eso le llaman Empresa socialmente responsable. Qué vergüenza!!

No hay internet seguido pero si te atrasas un día te llaman 10 veces y te amenazan con desconectar el servicio. Cuando llamas a servicio a cliente, no solucionan nada o simplemente desconectan la llamada.

Pésimo servico, no he cumplido ni un mes y ya tengo fallas en el servicio

llamamos al soporte tecnico debido a la falta de conexion pon, nos dicen por unos dias pero no llegan para arreglar el problema, pagamos para tener el servicio no para pagar por nada y a veces no nos prestan atencion cuando pasa esto a veces y no lo estamos reportando muchas veces para molestar solo una vez y esperamos, todo esto sucede en un momento inportante para dejarnos esperar.

I guess there’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said. I’m starting to believe that anything ending in “MEX” comes with a bad vibe: Banamex (account canceled), Aeromexico (or should I say “ErrorMexico”) with their endless rip-offs, and now Telmex—my latest nightmare.

In the last four days alone, I’ve called at least 15 times, and every single time I get a different answer. The agents sound like robots or AI, except they seem to be missing the intelligence part. Meanwhile, I’m left with no landline, no internet, and no real information about when the service will be restored.

Sometimes I honestly ask myself: WTF am I doing here?

Es una porquería su sistema de soporte, te dicen que va a venir un técnico y te tienen días esperando. De verdad no lo contraten, son muy buenos para cobrar pero para solucionar son una basura

Pésimo servicio, una semana sin Internet y hoy que debe venir el técnico tiene 2 horas de retraso, la solución de telmex es "ellos son aparte, si no va llame mañanay hacemos otro reporte"

Es una menuda m13rda. Inestable, lenta y un sin fin de adjetivos negativos.
Estan siempre puntuales jodiendo con los pagos que no merecen por un servicio tan deficiente con un poca o mas bien NULA forma de resolver problemas tecnicos, sin hablar del spam constante sobre la fibra optica y cuando haces cita para que te la cambien ni se aparecen y vuelven a acosar con la fibra, y cuando quieres buscar solucion siguen con el cambio a fibra y hacer cita que probablemente te vayan a dejar plantado.

Es el peor internet del mundo está tan mal que no se puede jugar un juego porque se va el internet acada rato no importa si solo es uno el que está conectado pasa lo mismo

Horrible e ineficiente, lento, muestra perdidas de señal, muy inestable para poder ver un vídeo, investigar en una página web o ya sea jugar un juego en linea.

Pesimo tengo que conectarlo a cada rato que se me va y tardado

Servicio al cliente es más que pésimo!!
Hacen con el cliente lo que les da la gana y solo dificultan solucionar un problema. Ma arrepiento de haberme cambio a Telmex. Dare de baja mi servicio lo antes posible.

Afortunadamente yo tengo Izzi, porque es una basura el servicio técnico, dicen que van y no van, no avisan y llegan de repente sin previo aviso y así pueden pasar 10 días. Una porquería

Mientras no falle la línea tienes un internet de mala calidad
Pero si falla ya te fregaste. Nunca van a reparar el servicio así lo reportes 50000 veces. Son una porquería
