The customer service is great
The customer service is great, however the hair is not. I ordered 18, 20, 22 Cambodian body wave and the hair texture was the first thing I noticed. Then. The bundles are not as full as advertised, will definitely have to purchase another bundle for my hair to be full. Lastly, the hair is not full from weft to tip. When stretched, tons of shorter hairs fall short of the indicated length, leaving thin tips. Maybe it’s just my experience, but I am not happy with this hair.

I choose 20’ Kinky. best decision I’ve made. The product came in the mail within 2weeks on-Time. Upon arrival the bundles came with a strong factory smell which I personally am not a fan of but if you’re anything like me, I prepped the bundles before install.
Day 2 , My stylists complimented the bundles during and I quickly gave my referral which we love.
Fast forward 1 month later I finally took my install out. Tedhairs customer service was a 10 stars.
Anyways I’m done yapping I’m finna prep this bundles and repeat! Thanks

I absolutely love these hair bundles! They were great quality, had only a slight smell at first, and it went away after the first wash.
I also added highlights, and the bleach took very well. Even after bleaching, the hair stayed soft and silky.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with my purchase.The quality exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Highly recommend!

The quality of the hair was very nice . The wig unit I purchased very full the 180 density is one of the best I’ve had in a while. I highlighted the hair which took very well very soft. I can’t believe they’ve been here all this time and I never purchased hair from them, but I definitely will be in the future, very pleased in my product.
