Inventory Error

Received the following email a few hours after ordering:

"I’m sorry to inform you that we’re unable to progress your order due to an inventory quantity error on our site.
Your card has been refunded in total and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Not ideal.

Shady practices

Put an item on sale at the lowest price available with stock showing as available - take an order and payment, then email to say out of stock and put the price up. Time wasting

Avoid unless you are a gambler

I ordered hard drive from Inkubus. I have received order confirmation and that was the only message I received from Inkubus. I have waited over a week and then sent them a message requesting an update. Nobody replied to my email. Thanks god I have used Paypal and I raised this with them. I sent an email to Inkubus through Paypal and have not received a reply. So I opened a claim and after about 30 minutes my money were back on my account. No communication whatsoever from Inkubus, no apologies. Avoid them at all cost.

First class company

In the past I have ordered a printer or scanner from various company's
In most cases I have received a 'return' item, one that someone sent back.
Ink bus delivered me a new, unopened item. I am well pleased with this
Item and the quick delivery. I will certainly use this company again if
the occasion arises. RWB **********
