I bought a Technogym Vario Excite elliptical trainer to my home gym. It came with a number of hardware and software problems and I have had technical service personal twice and it is worse then ever still waiting for parts and the software issues still remains. Not premium quality.

The machines sucks. Especially the leg curl and the pec fly machines. It feels like I am going to break my legs on the leg curl. And for some reason my gym is filled with them. Technogym SUCKS!!!!

Unfortunately another bad review. The equipment seems great and the showroom and staff is very nice and knowledgable, but it stops there.

We paid a lot of money to have our home gym from Technogym hassle free delivered and installed.

First they missed the agreed appointment without any communication. After me chasing this they agreed a new date almost a month later. The equipment was delivered, but the contractor couldn’t install it due to missing instructions. Again nobody has been in touch for a week.

I wouldn’t order and pay for this again. Check out other options like Primal if you’re considering to order.

Kundenservice super unfreundlich. Hab eine Bench in 2024 gekauft und es ist jetzt das vierte Gummiband/Trainingsband gerissen. Keine Garantie/keine Kulanz. Die Bänder waren bis jetzt so gut wie nie in gebrauch. Ziemlich schlechte Qualität für 70 €

Bought Technogym run treadmill. It was supposed to be sooo quite. It's even stated on the website. But it the loudest treadmill ever. And it so bad. I have complained, they can't fix it and will not change it out.
Now I will take them to court.

Os equipamentos têm excelente qualidade, são robustos, bonitos e fáceis de usar. É uma marca premium que realmente se destaca. Recomendo sem reservas.

I have been buying Technogym for years and supplying to my clients gyms. Suddenly Technogym refuse to supply unless they do the installation. I have asked them to quote installation and delivery but they ignore me. Very disappointed as we have been supporting this brand for years and now they arent interested. We will find another brand that is more keen to do business.

Awful service.

I contacted them to mend a bike. They went to the wrong property and got a perfectly good bike and broke it whilst “servicing” it. Now they say they cant fix the broken bike AND they want to charge for the Breaking Bike service.

Le pire service client que l’on puisse imaginer, je ne parle pas du personnel qui peut être fait ce qu’il peut, je ne parle pas des personnes que l’on a au bout du fil, mais personne voilà : personne ne rappelle, personne ne s’occupe de rien.
j’ai plus de 500 € dans la nature depuis une dizaine de jours, aucun suivi, aucune information, c’est absolument déplorable. Je n’ai jamais vu ça àce pointailleurs fuyez, n’acheter absolument rien chez eux, quoi qu’on vous dise et quelque soit la qualité.
Ça coûte trop cher , et des ennuis. N’achètez JAMAIS chez eux.

I asked for repair on a constantly beeping recline bike FOUR months ago. A repairman came out several times and said he cannot fix this. He replaced speakers, motherboard, etc. And I have sent several emails requesting for resolution or repair. I have received no reply other than, be patient and we will get back to you after we talk to HQ.

Here is their reply: "Jul 2, 2025, Hello (name redacted), We are very sorry that your experience was not what you had expected. Our Team would like to get back to you to better understand.
Thank you."

Well then, please "DO" get in touch with me instead of "would like to get back to you" and take responsibility for your defective product. PR is not helping. Your company had not made any reply as of 7/14/2025. Downgrading review from 2 to 1 now.

Very good product and excellent after sales service

Dos veces no aparecieron a instalar el gimnasio en la fecha que tenía confirmada. Luego trajeron un rack sin las pesas y hubo que esperar casi dos semanas a que me consiguieran las pesas.
Yo he visto incompetencia en mi vida pero Technogym se lleva un premio. Y eso que es una marca premium.

Una delle peggiori aziende di attrezzi da palestra. Dopo 6 mesi di utilizzo di macchinari nuovi pagati come una Ferrari iniziano problematiche di ogni genere. Scaduta la garanzia sono dolori anche perché si scassano in continuazione ! L assistenza ti costa come un luminare della medicina per non dire dei pezzi di ricambio. Ho una teca e un altro macchinario di un azienda spagnola da 15 anni e non hanno mai avuto problemi. Mai e mai più technogym

J'ai commandé et payé début avril un tapis de course "run". La veille de la livraison, on me signale que l'appareil a été endommagé et qu'il va être réparé avant la livraison. Depuis, plus rien!!! J'ai appelé au moins 15 fois le "fameux" numéro +33 1 45 29 90 00... Vous tombez toujours sur la réception qui ne vous passe jamais personne et vous affirme que vous allez être rappelé.... Je n'ai jamais vu une organisation aussi mauvaise... et je reste poli. Je commence vraiment à penser qu'il s'agit d'une grosse arnaque!!!!!

Bought a Technogym MyRun treadmill a couple of years ago. It looks great and is lovely when it works. Problem is, it’s barely ever working. The belt starts jolting and it changes speed randomly and then sometimes completely stops (all connections are secure). They then try and charge you over £800 to replace the deck and belt, which were only replaced before very recently. Absolute waste of money at over £3k

Contacted Technogym official website INDONESIA for treadmill machine service. Few days later, a very nice salesperson called and offered free technical visit. Technician named Imron was sent to our home. After finished checking the machine, he left the treadmill on gradient without telling us. So called Technogym back, and they refused to put the machine back in its original position. Instead, we were given quotation over 40mil rupiah to repair. Disappointed to say the least. At the minimum, put the machine back to it's original position which they refused. Will NOT consider technogym machine ever in our future purchase after this negative experience.

El servicio Postventa es de lo peor que he visto en la vida y la mayor parte de las opiniones de 5 estrellas en Google son falsas de empleados de la propia empresa.Solo hay que comparar los nombres de las opiniones con los perfiles de Linkedin que trabajan ahí...Es vergonzoso!!Cuando necesitan hacer esto ya dice mucho de su reputación.
