Ottimo e rapido intervento di Marco, tecnico udinese che è venuto a casa mia a sostituirmi i cavi della mia Unica (mai cambiati in 20 anni).

I’ve owned a Myrun treadmill for six years (plus a bench and a wellness ball), and it has required two repairs due to not switching on—unacceptable for such an expensive product. But the problem is not the ony the quality. The technical service in Spain is terrible, focused only on securing payment. After signing a payment commitment, (very customer oriented) nothing happens for weeks. When a technician finally contacted me, they arrived late due to an address error. The failure was the cable which cost 35 euro plus the technician visit to “install it !?”… after asking just to deliver it as I can plug the cable myself the shipping cost charge was 21 euro. All this offers took days to be sent (apparently a double customer record in theory system)
You won’t be surprised if I don’t recommend this brand. Save your money…

It was an absolute disaster and nightmare to order some replacement parts. Horrible communication, wrong advice, extremely long delivery times without notice.
Really - never again. I'm writing this review because in their automatic surveys they asked me to do so.
And to put a date on it? It took 3 month to do a simple spare part exchange. Absolutely ridiculous.

Il prodotto è molto valido perchè sia la fattura, la meccanica e l'elettronica risulta eccellente e risponde molto bene alle mie esigenze

Quando decidi di acquistare un oggetto da un leader del settore , le aspettative sono ovviamente alte , ma l’esperienza è stata veramente soddisfacente. Sia il consulente della show-room sia il personale del call center, super gentili !!

Für das Produkt: 0 Sterne (Elliptical Trainer) Kein Vergleich zu den professionellen Produkten. Bei dem Preispunkt hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Kann daher nur abraten. Aber 1 Stern für den immer sehr freundlichen, sehr netten Kundenservice vor Ort. Nach wiederholten Problemen mit den Pedalen (Pedalenbruch) Aussage des telefonischen Kundendienstes "Produkt ist mehr als 2 Jahre alt, Pedalenbruch ist normaler Verschleiß" (Kostenvoranschlag >700 EUR).

Sono fisioterapista e Personal Trainer ma anche papà di due figli autistici e purtroppo ora malato oncologico.. a causa della mia malattia non ho più lo stomaco Grazie a Technogym sto aiutando mio figlio più grande nel fitness e sto aiutando il mio corpo a combattere la malnutrizione e la ridotta attività fisica 👍🏻🔝😘

Suivi inexistant depuis la signature du contrat d’achat.
Il a fallu s’y reprendre à deux fois pour avoir la visite sur site du technicien. Le premier ne s’étant pas présenté sans même appeler pour s’excuser.
Le commercial est injoignable depuis la signature du contrat. Il ne répond ni aux appels, pas de rappel pas malgré les messages et ne répond pas aux différents mails.
Après de multiples appels sur le numéro indiqué sur le site, toujours pas de nouvelles de l’installation des deux home trainer, tapis de course, rameur et skill up.
Nous espérons sincèrement que la qualité des produits sera au rendez-vous mais encore faut-il qu’ils soient livrés et installés.

Bestellung und Lieferung waren einwandfrei und angenehm. Die Lieferzeit war kürzer als erwartet.

Ich habe ein Technogym Elliptical gekauft und das Gerät geht jeweils nach drei Wochen in Gebrauch kaputt. Die Pedale brechen und Metall-Träger reissen etc. Miserable Qualität.

Worst customer service experience over some pedals for a bike coming from some where overseas over 3 weeks and waiting in the phone over 30 minutes

Was ist schlechter? Gerät oder Service? Wir hatten vor 3 Monaten ein Gerät bestellt für 3500€ das an mehreren Stellen verkratzt war. Dies wurde beim Aufbau notiert und es wollte sich jemand melden. Leider passierte NICHTS. Nachdem wir eine Mail geschrieben hatten passierte NICHTS. Nach einem Anruf gab es Entschuldigungen und ein Techniker kam.( halber Tag Urlaub) Der bemerkte noch einen Kratzer, hatte aber nicht das passende Teil dabei.Er wollte sich melden,, passiert ist NICHTS. Jetzt, nach 2 Monaten klappert und rappelt das Gerät, sodass wir es nicht nutzen können. Vor EINER Woche eine Mail mit Video geschickt. Passiert ist, Ihr ahnt es, NICHTS. Ich stelle mir schon die Frage, ob es sich überhaupt um ein neues Gerät handelt welches uns geliefert wurde?? Premium Preis bezahlt und Ärger kassiert!
