Ken was very welcoming both over the phone and in person, he didn't pressure sell anything and listened to what my needs and requirements were.
If I asked any questions they were answered accurately and promptly.
He ensured the car was in the expected condition for collection and that the sale went through smoothly with no issues.
His colleague also made sure collection went smoothly and quickly.

Bought a used car off tony. Top bloke, didnt bother us at all left us to look around it at our own pace. Fantastic communication from him and tch as a whole. Collected the car with a slight scratch on the side but booked in for a polish saturday it wasn't a bother at all. Car was like new from when it first went in. No expense spared, by far the easiest car ive ever bought. Customer service is key there.
