I purchased one of Taylor and Tails dog beds for my dog and it’s amazing. Such good quality, well made, easy to clean and comfy! I really struggled with finding hypoallergenic beds for my dog who suffers with allergies but I’m so glad to find this company.

I truly hope with all my heart that your business is thriving, because these beds have been an absolute game changer for my dogs. Especially for my little old boy, despite his age, he’s doing so much better, and I honestly believe a big part of his wellbeing comes from the comfort of this incredible bed.
Even after two years of daily use, the condition is still amazing. I also remember being so impressed by your customer service back then. I reached out for advice because my other dog, a Frenchie, has some difficult sleeping habits, and your team kindly explained how to adjust the memory foam properly. You even sent me an extra cover and a bag of foam trimmings, which has been so helpful even to this day, especially with my little chubby girl, who somehow manages to sleep in the funniest positions!
The only suggestion I’d make (and I’m sure there may be a reason why this isn’t currently offered) is that it would be wonderful to have the option to purchase just replacement mattress covers. The ones you provided are still quite great, but since my Frenchie loves scratching and is quite high maintenance, I wash and change them very frequently. With all the shedding, and with my dogs often switching beds, I like to keep everything extremely clean, so having the option to buy additional covers in the future would be fantastic.
But truly, once again, your product is incredible: so comfortable, so easy to clean, and I absolutely love it.

Very pleased with my purchase-bed is very well made, even my daughter considered to have a nap there:) i have had other, good quality beds( much more expensive) but they felt to chunky and also very difficult to wash. I am so impressed that Tailor&tails has made a bed that can be washed in a washing machine if needed.

Superb range of beds and colours. I purchased the medium size Stubby sofa dog bed. It is exceptional quality, beautifully crafted and is made to last. It's perfect for my gorgeous Podenco's and I will be buying another.

You always worry ordering on line and not seeing products in the flesh, this dog bed did not dissapoint as it is made well and very high end, the faux leather is gorgeous and so is the colour, I thought when it arrived it appeared larger than anticipated but this is all good.well done to this company you have a real eye for colour and detail.

You cannot go wrong buying your dog bed from Taylor and Tails, our chocolate labrador loves the bed . The quality is the best I have seen , took me a long time to find the right bed for my boy who has a few problems with joints at 12.5 yrs old. We did have a small problem a few weeks after purchasing the bed, the inner cover developed a small split where stitching had come undone near the zip, Linda from customer services was very quick to respond to my email , the inner cover was replaced plus as an apology a new outer cover was sent to us for free. Amazing customer service, well done Taylor and Tails . Thank you.

I have had a Kuno Dog Mattress from T&T for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it is excellent quality, my dog loves it and she seems to be super comfortable with the mattress retaining its support and shape the whole time. I was looking for a good quality mattress with plenty of support for her advancing years and this is perfect for her. When I first enquired about the product, Robert took the time to explain over the phone about the mattresses and the company and I decided to order one online. There was a slight mix-up with the order and the delivery but the prompt communication and service provided by Linda and Robert to rectify the situation was outstanding and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the mattress I wanted with no additional issues. I can highly recommend the quality of the product and the service provided was first class.
