No support, product unusable after payment
I purchased the All-in-One bundle on August 7th.
From the very first day I was unable to download the required build because the account status remained inactive despite an active subscription.
I opened multiple tickets on Discord (Software Issues and Payment Issues), provided the Order ID, screenshots and a clear description of the problem.
After 4 full days I still have received zero replies from any real staff member.
Only an automated bot answered, and it was completely useless.
Your website and Discord claim support replies within minutes.
In reality, there is no support. Tickets are ignored for days while the paid time keeps running.
I paid for a product I cannot use.
I will proceed with a chargeback and take the necessary legal steps to recover my money.
Extremely poor experience. Do not buy if you expect any form of actual customer support.

Hi, you’re right to be frustrated. You paid for the product and should have been able to use it immediately, and you absolutely should not have gone four days without a response from a real person.
I was away for a few days, and we failed to have adequate support coverage while I was gone. That’s on us, not you.
