A scam. You're essentially doing tasks for free. They'll come up with an asinine reason to not compensate you for your time. Terrible, unethical company.

As per other comments read here, they paid me one task and invented ridiculous excuses not to pay others. Typical company exploiting people knowing pursuits are impossible. A disgrace considering they ripped off honest individuals performing well their tasks. Those who work there should be ashamed.

Ho dovuto registrare 400 piccoli messaggi, ci ho speso circa un paio d'ore, e ho passato la verifica di selezione mi hanno versato dopo 4 o 5 giorni 30$ su Paypal.
Certo, non hai la certezza di passare la selezione, quindi potresti buttare via tempo per niente...ma francamente se hai qualche ora da dedicare perchè non provare?

I’ve been waiting for a payment from Taskverse for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, it still hasn’t come through. I’ve reached out via email three times with no response, which has been really frustrating. PayPal has confirmed that my account is set up perfectly fine to receive payments, so I know the issue isn’t on my end. The lack of communication and resolution is disappointing, especially since I’ve always met the expectations on my side. It’s concerning to not get paid for work completed, and I hope this situation gets sorted soon.

Update on 5th November 2024 - I still have not been paid and not getting any response to about 8 emails and 2 complaints. I can see that more reviews have been added and they have done the same voice recording tasks as I did. This is theft and getting what they need to do for free. I believe that they are linked to Task us but not had any help from them either. I will be taking this further as it is theft. Still no payment 30th Dec 2024

They don't pay for the projects and then simply mark the project as expired and then re-launch the project after some time to scam more people. They won't even reply to any mails. Don't waste your time on these data stealing scammers

I have successfully completed several tasks with TaskVerse in the past and have always been paid without issue. However, I recently spent nearly three hours completing a voice recording task, submitted it well before the deadline, only to find out after the task expired that I would not be paid.

Despite my past positive experiences, this situation has left me very disappointed. I have reached out via email to request payment but have not received any response. I understand technical issues can happen, but after investing time and effort, it’s frustrating to be left without compensation or communication.

I would be happy to update this review if action is taken and payment is made. Until then, I cannot recommend TaskVerse based on this recent experience.

They are the very definition of a SCAM. Whatever they have done in the past, they are resorting to stealing work now.
Like everyone else is saying, they are essentially defrauding us of the pay for the work that we did. I finished the Voice Collection project 10 days ahead of the deadline. It passed the automatic review and waited for the manual.
Their site says it will take 2-3 business days for the reviews. They never did it and now say they are not paying because it expired.
This is the very frustrating as I got up at 3:30am two days to do my recordings without the AC on. For nothing.
How do we even know anyone got paid? What if they are losing money and just cheated everyone to get paid by Meta and pocket it all?

I have completed a couple of image tasks which were ok but my experience of the voice tasks has left me furious. First time I tried to complete a voice recording task it took hours because certain recordings kept being rejected. It was a task specifically for UK nationals yet a lot of the words were foreign and difficult to pronounce. After redoing them multiple times I had to abandon the task as it refused to accept any version.

Stupidly I tried another voice task that came up. This time nothing but technical issues with the site, after each recording it would crash and show an error (which I reported to Taskverse). Again I spent hours trying to record all 220 clips. I eventually got this completed and submitted for review but while my work was in review Taskverse decided to expire the task without reviewing any further work and not paying. This was notified by a very flippant message saying thanks for your awesome work on this but now we have enough so not going to pay you! Basically they are happy for people to spend hours of time working unpaid and then they just steal your work and no doubt use it anyway. Disgusting and I won't be wasting any more time with them.

Stay away from TaskVerse. They will have you spend hours working on a task and then your task will wait weeks in their system waiting to be reviewed. The task will then expire due to them not reviewing your work and you will not be paid!

This company are scammers and should be avoided at all costs!

Scam at its finest! Don't make your worst mistake ever joining their website: you'll be working absolutely for free. After you do your job, they will invent unbelievable and ridiculous excuses just to deny your deserved payment.
I strongly regret signing up to their site, because I worked tirelessly but they didn't pay me.
So please, once again, save your time!

Because of their bad work style, I repeated twice voice recording tasks and they refused to pay it. They send you twice, you finish the work and later they refuse it. They say they noticed that there was a duplicate submission. When you contact them they say they can not pay it. How can I know this as a tasker? They will waste your time. Be careful.

Very good site for making a few extra bucks
