TartyBikes employees are founts of knowledge

I value the expertise of TartyBikes employees. I've always had good advice and been pleased with my purchases. In this case, Ben was especially helpful in tracking down a second rim, which I received in an expedited manner. Now if my wheel building skills weren't quite so rusty, and if I wasn't so cheap that I tried to reuse spokes and nipples...

Quick fast shipping to Toronto, Canada

First time shopping and I have to say the transaction was smooth. Shipping was quick to Canada for only an extra few dollars; it was well worth it. Adding Tarty Bikes to my list of Online Bike retailers. Cheers!

Very attentive

I ordered spoke cutting and Ben noticed the right sized ones were in stock and refunded me for the spoke cutting that saved me a lot of money. Other than that I always impressed how fast they ship to the U.S.! I receive my purchase way faster than I would do for the domestic online shopping.

Outstanding customer service

Ben at TartyBikes truly puts customers first. He helped answer a bunch of questions before I purchased and imported my first trials bike. Great customer service continued while the bike was being delivered and I navigated working with customs. Once delivered, I had a couple setup questions. Again, Ben helped me through it all. I highly recommend TartyBikes for their customer service and love for trials riding.

Amazing help

Everything they do is perfect. I've now asked them to mod two hubs for me and both times it's been perfect. Thank you as always boys.

Great company that cares about the sport

Comparable price to big online sellers, was glad to be able to buy hope parts for my MTB from them and be able to support a smaller company.
