Stellar communication and buying experience
The communication from them was amazing. My order was delayed a bit due to a vendor and natural disaster and they kept me in the loop through the entire process. Being in the states I then had to deal with customs etc, and they assisted with that as well. I highly recommend them for any purchase!!!!!

ALWAYS the best experience. I've dealt with Ads and the crew for almost 20 years now and have never had an issue. Quick to respond, loads of stock and very quick (and cheap) international delivery. Would recommend to anyone :)

Ordered spokes to build a new wheel
Ordered spokes to build a new hub onto an existing rim. I entered the hub and rim details into the comments and Tarty Bikes worked out the rest using their calculator. Everything worked like a charm.

I’ve ordered from the USA several times, and I will again. Tarty is the only place I’ve found a full and in-stock selection of Hope brake rebuild and maintenance parts. After a bit of very polite and helpful back and forth over a credit card issue on my end, I quickly received a well organized and fully documented set of parts nicely taped to a card. Tarty clearly takes pride in their operation, and I appreciate that.
