We have been trading with the taps4less.com website since March 2013. We understand that past customers have not had a good experience with taps4less.com, however we would like to let people know that we are in no means associated with DIY Trader and their dealings with the website.

Great company 5 stars

The way to know a great company is how they deal with you when you have a problem. I bought a shower enclosure which was damaged when the plumbers went to fit it and the glass shattered. Connor dealt with the problem immediately and arranged a replacement which arrived within a few days. Great to deal with, excellent customer service

tapsforless.ie NOT an irish company

Falsely claiming to be in ireland/Irish company. In fact uk company. Do not reply to contact form had to call a number of times, eventually told my order had been missed and tap was no longer in stock. Asked for refund, hoping it will come soon.

I have dealt with Conor on a number of…

I have dealt with Conor on a number of occasions and always found him helpful & knowledgeable. Also recently a tap gave problems after 18 months use, as requested I forwarded a few photos of the tap and an upgraded model arrived by return without any hassle! How’s that for customer service?

1st Class Customer Service

When I first bought my item, ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Unfortunately I found a fault with the item but the customer service I received was second to none. I will absolutely buy from Taps 4 Less again.

Having placed an order with bathshack which didn’t arrive after over 3 weeks I i contacted taps4less and was told by Connor the items bathshack hadn’t been able to deliver would be with me in 5 days AND THEY WERE great service with continuous communication by e mail

Brilliant service with free delivery…

Brilliant service with bonus of free delivery to Ireland! (Irish sellers can't offer free delivery and yet this UK based seller can do free delivery to Ireland). Great product, got exactly what I ordered. Prompt delivery via one of the better delivery service providers. No hidden charges. Highly recommend this website and company in Kent.

Great Company to deal with

This is my first time buying from this company and I have to say they have been excellent to deal with .I ordered a shower door on Wednesday and got a phone call from their office the next day to tell me my order would be delivered in 4 days to county kerry in Ireland It arrived Tuesday morning and it was really so well packed their was never a danger of it being damaged. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs bathroom equipment

Excellent service!!!

If you're looking for a quality product at a reasonable price with a speedy delivery then taps4less.ie is the right supplier! There was an issue with my product ( delivery company's fault), but taps4less.ie stepped up and sent a replacement right away without any hassle! Their customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend this company!!!

Great tap! Great service!

Ian helped me a great deal when I was trying to buy my kitchen tap and also my bathroom sink tap when I needed some technical help.
I would recommend thoroughly to anyone else. Good prices as well v competitive!
