All in all a good experience!

Thanks to the help from TCA

Thanks to the help from TCA, I was able to get out of debt. It took a few years but in that time frame I developed good habits in regards to managing debt. It made me feel empowered that I was able to pay off every penny of this debt. It gave me a whole new outlook on debt and knowing the proper way to handle it.

Charged the wrong bank account that I…

Charged the wrong bank account that I did not authorize a withdrawal from. Then it took me calling for a few days for them to actually update my account once it was paid off. Just not an easy company to work with and one where they clearly don’t do their jobs unless someone complains.

It's been a great experience the help I've been getting from you guys to manage my debt on a very responsible way to reduce my interest rate, more money is going towards the principal and my debt will be paid sooner than expected.
