Have used the rod and tackle and found the booklet really helpful for a beginner angler for things like rigging up bait & knowing when/where to fish. Quality shopping experience!

Bought two walleye tackle kits and books as presents prior to a family fishing trip. The kits were well put together.
The explanations and descriptions in the guide book helped my nephew understand the process better. His first box of tackle and he now requests to go fishing every time I talk to him.

Shipping was fast got my saltwater surf fishing kit in just a couple days. The quality and content is spot on. What I like most is the booklet that shows and explains how to rig and fish for different saltwater fish species.

I’ve tried several rods, and this one is by far the best one for the money. The reel alone is definitely worth more than the whole set up combined. The rod is very high quality as well. Excellent rod, amazing customer service. My son saved for a long time and did a ton of research before picking this rod and reel from Tailored Tackle. We are so glad he did! He had a problem with the reel (due to user error), and as soon as we reached out to the company, Ed made sure we got exactly what we needed to get him back out fishing asap. Highly recommend this company - they made my kid's summer!!

These guys are the gold standard of customer service. I purchased a Baitcaster combo from them last year and am having problems with it. A quick message later and Ed was emailing me with a solution.
