I bought from Tahoe Mountain Sports because of their very competitive pricing (not realizing I'd also get a free pair of very cool socks in the process). When my jacket arrived, I had a size concern a... Zobacz więcej

Wonderful doing business with TMS. Their website is easy to navigate, secure and a pleasure. Shipping was much faster than I thought, especially for me being on the other side of the country from them... Zobacz więcej

Exceptional service and great customer support

The live chat feature with a real person really helped me a lot in making my buying decision. The customer support after-sales was exceptional and always friendly. I needed to change my order which wasn't a problem at all to the team at Tahoe Mountain Sports. They were all very supportive and customer oriented. Something I miss dearly in Germany. I would recommend this shop to anyone without any doubt!

turned my joyous conversation into green.

ordered with excitement. waited with unsure expectations. and of all things, it met and EXCEEDED any and all, besides, its near impossible to find a helmet that not only fits but fits soo well. Love my Helmet. Thanks you guys. another proud purchase for me.

Fast, friendly, and affordable

They had the best price I could find, and the online chat was great and helpful. They ship from their actual store in/around Tahoe; no drop shipping website front here. Shipped same day and arrived in Oklahoma in two days. Real people, real friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great coat! Great price

My 4 year old loves this coat. She is always very picky with her clothes and how they feel, but she had loved this coat ever since I put it on her. It keeps her warm
And dry out in the snow for hours. We will try it out in a month or so on the slopes but I am confident I will see the same results. Love the fleece cuffs that keep the snow out of her wrists.

Horrible!!!!!

Avoid this place. After the miserable service, slow delivery, etc., you'll be spammed to death.

Order was shipped the same day and delivered 3 days later. Our system sends a couple of follow-up messages after each order, including one to rate the product and another to rate the transaction on TrustPilot. Marketing messages are only sent to people that specifically opt-in and contacts may easily unsubscribe from all future marketing messages.

A Great Experience

Bought two pair of Merrell Hiking Shoes one for me and one for my wife, shipped in two days. My wifes pair were to small so had to returned them for full refund. Thanks Tahoe Sports.

Quick shipping and perfect packaging.

I would not hesitate to order from Tahoe Mountain Sports again. In fact, I am sure I will very soon. My package came quickly and well packaged to prevent breakage or dents. I am very happy with the service I received.

2 day shipping does not mean you will receive it in 2 days..

I placed my order for some hiking shoes on Saturday in order for me to get a few days to break them in before a camping trip the following Friday. I did not receive my shoes until the Friday that I was heading out. I'm not sure if I should place the blame on Tahoe Mountain Sports or USPS for this but 2 day shipping doesn't mean you will receive your item in 2 days. >=/

2 day shipping is only guaranteed if you select FedEx 2 day shipping at checkout. Free ground shipping can take up to 6 business days within the US. We're sorry to hear the order did not arrive in the time frame you expected. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery dates if that information is provided with the order.
