Tahoe Mountain Sports Recenzje

Ordered a pair of shoes which were 33% off of the manufactures price, shoes were shipped same day ordered 2 day USPS.
Now if only the USPS could be as efficient and deliver within the 2 days. :)
Shipping took 5 days total(not Tahoe's problem they did their job)
Overall great experience and will use Tahoe again for my shoes.

Above comment said it all.
1. Great service is where it's shine the most. I chatted with customer service guy. very patient and knew his stuff.
2. Prices are best on the web when it comes to MSR stoves anyways.
3. Fast shipping.
4. Great web site and easy to navigate, kudos to the person who set it up and operates.
Need I say more...

Tahoe Mountain Sports has exceptional service and their prices are great.

I would definitely recommend Tahoe Mountain Sports to everyone. It's half the price of what I would have to pay in a store in Norway, and David on chat was really helpful with all my concerns about shipping and other questions. They also have the buySAFE guarantee, so I won't have to worry about ID theft. They doublechecked me, that my visacard wasn't stolen, which I think makes them trustworthy.

I had ordered a tent from another company the day prior to my order with TMS, this would be a Friday and my order with TMS was Saturday. I was super impressed that I had my TMS order that Wednesday. All with free shipping. This other company had just shipped my order that very same Wednesday that I had already received my TMS order. I won't see it until the following Wednesday and I paid for shipping. The speed at which TMS sent my order to me speaks loud, it was correct and direct.

Thank you!

Everything worked smoothly and efficiently

I ordered a backpacking pack and purchased it for $50 less than I would have paid at rei. Free shopping is always a plus and my pack came in on the day they told me it would.

Very helpful in turning around my order to make a last minute camping trip.

Adam, was fantastic, great help, I was browsing through the website, and I forgot it open, and then I heard a beep from somewhere, and was like "what in the name was that" Then I opened up the website, and there was a window that had popped up, and it asked if I need help!! And I was all like "Who are you?" and he was all like "Yo!!! I'm Adam! I'm here to help you!" and then I was like "wow dude!!! Where'd you come from man!!!" and I can't really remember how the conversation went afterwards, but I'm buying stuff from here because Adam knew his stuff! Great job Adam! Keep that @$#% up!!! "two thumbs up bro"

Fast and competent answer in online chat, fast delivery. We bought the Deuter Comfort Kid III and it is great!

No issues, shipping is super fast, best prices that I have found on the web by far, hassle free.

Living in Florida means living in flip flops. I was looking for flip flops that would support my daughter's feet….she was looking for sparkles. I found an incredibly supportive pair that came in purple sparkles. Perfect!

Tahoe Mountain Sports had the item I wanted, in stock, and they had the best price. It was shipped quickly and packed well. I liked the option of using Amazon Checkout as well. I will look here again next time I shop.

This was my first time using the Tahoe Mountain Sports website, and while I was looking, Adam sent me a message on TMS LiveChat. He was able to answer all the questions I had and helped to make it an excellent shopping experience. These guys are doing a great job, and I will definitely purchase from them again.

Thanks for the great service!

Great experience shopping inside the store, and great experience shopping on the website. This is a very high end store, with the best selection of equipment in Tahoe, and very helpful staff!

The replacement bite valve works perfectly. No more leaks!

Great site!! Needs more inventory!!

i would suggest that anyone check this dealer for some of the lowest prices around.

Tahoe Sports has been very reliable, and I will continue to do business with them. I was looking for a very hard to find item, which every online store had on backorder. I eventually found Tahoe Sports, and an online sales representative/ product specialist informed me the item was in stock and ready to ship. I was extremely impressed they had this type of immediate customer service online. I could have questions answered, and be informed about the products. The item shipped from CA to PA and arrived in time for a Birthday. Thanks!
