Appaling after service. Customers be aware.
Table Protector Direct sent the wrong product and adamantly refused to address the issue or make a refund. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend it.
Furthermore, it immediately closed down the online chat before I could take screenshots of our 'conversation'.
Prospective customers should be wary when dealing with this company.

We are sorry to read this review, however we must respectfully clarify the situation for anyone reading.
The item supplied was exactly as ordered. The order confirmation email sent within minutes of purchase, the packing slip included with the parcel, the dimensions supplied, and the amount charged all match one another and confirm the product was made and dispatched correctly.
We fully understand that mistakes can happen when ordering bespoke, cut to size items. In this case, the customer believes a different size or width was ordered, however no evidence has been provided to show that a different specification was selected at checkout. We repeatedly asked for any proof showing an alternative size was ordered so we could review it, but none has been supplied. Unfortunately, personal belief cannot override written order confirmations.
Regarding the chat, our live chat system automatically closes once a conversation has reached a conclusion or becomes repetitive. This is standard practice and not intended to prevent access to information. All key details were also provided via email for reference.
We always aim to be transparent, fair, and helpful, and we stand by the accuracy of this order. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before confirming, particularly for bespoke items which are made specifically to the sizes selected.
If the customer is able to provide evidence showing a different item was ordered, we would of course be happy to review it.
Customer care highly inadequate
Looking at the reviews, it seems that my experience is the same as others for whom things went wrong. In my case, the product arrived 3 days later than the maximum date on their 'no rush' option for postage (there was no warning it would be later). I haven't opened it because it was too late to use. My complaint is that they took 10 days to respond to my repeated requests (via 'Chat' and email|) for details of how to return, Eventually (10 days later on Jan. 31st) I had an email saying they would accept a return as 'gesture of good will' but the return must arrive within 7 days of receipt of their email, which is not possible because it is New Year and I am going away to India (the day after they replied). The tone was that I was at fault (there was no apology either for late delivery or for being so tardy in getting back to me about a return and refund). These days, we expect a quick easy return with no questions. Clearly, in the case of this company, if all goes well, customer are satisfied, but if there is any reason for return (for which expense the customer is responsible), the company has not yet got it right. Like some other customers, I am now stuck with an expensive (over £30) table protector that might or might nor come in useful at some time- and I haven't yet opened it to check it's OK. Given the ease and efficiency of other companies, I will not be using this one again.

We can see that your order was delivered later than the estimated timeframe selected at checkout and we completely understand that this was frustrating, especially as the item was needed for a particular occasion. Although delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, we do appreciate that this does not help when an item is no longer needed by the time it arrives.
We are also sorry that you were unhappy with the speed of communication. January is one of our busiest periods of the year and response times were unfortunately longer than normal at that time. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
As the item ordered was a cut to size product made specifically for your requested measurements, it falls within our bespoke item policy. However, despite this, a goodwill return option was still offered. We are sorry that the timing of this was not practical for you due to your travel arrangements.
We do genuinely try to assist wherever possible, including in situations where items are custom made and ordinarily non returnable, and we are sorry that on this occasion you felt let down by the experience.

Reliable company
The ordering process was simple and very easy to do. It arrived when they said, literally in time for Christmas, which l was pleased about as l had left it late.
But the best bit was it was actually much cheaper than Amazon .
I would definitely recommend this company.

Good quality table cover
Good quality table cover. The product looks like the images online and It appears to be robust. It was easy to order and select the correct size for my table. Delivery was reasonably quick but I did not like that you have to pay extra to have the cover to be delivered rolled up. With standard delivery it came folded with creases, which fortunately fell out after a few days of being used.

Product was as described and of good quality. However, although when delivery was described as 'rolled' and this was at a premium cost, I had expected the product to be packaged in a tube or similar. Yes, was rolled but in polythene wrapper which we are not able to use for storage. Just being picky and my thought for making assumption.
