Poor Audi Service
I brought my Audi in for what I expected to be a straightforward service and left feeling completely misled and let down. I was initially quoted around £5,000 of extra work on top of the service, which was a real shock and made me seriously worry about the condition of my car. Only when I mentioned that I had an Audi warranty did most of this “urgent” work suddenly vanish, apparently fixed by a simple system reset. That swing from thousands of pounds of work to almost nothing has left me feeling that the original quote was neither transparent nor trustworthy.
The whole experience was made worse by the lack of communication. I had to constantly chase for updates, and no one ever clearly talked me through the supposed issues or asked if I even wanted the additional “recommended” work carried out. When I was finally told my car was ready, there was no proper explanation of what had actually been done, how the problems were resolved, or why the original quote was so high, just a quick comment that the service agent would follow up – which never happened.
To make matters worse, after this experience I filled out a contact form on their own website to give them a chance to respond directly, and I still have not received any reply. Being ignored even at that stage has left me feeling frustrated, undervalued as a customer, and with very little confidence in this service centre. I would strongly think twice before bringing my car back here or recommending them to anyone else.
UPDATE
Since that visit, the same warning light has now come back on. This clearly suggests that the underlying issue was not properly identified or resolved. I have telephoned West London Audi on multiple occasions to book the car back in, and each time I have been told that someone would call me back to arrange an appointment. To date, no one has called me back and no appointment has been made.
This is on top of the earlier poor communication, the lack of explanation at handover, and the fact that I previously submitted a contact form via your website and never received any response. Taken together, this gives the impression that my concerns are being ignored and that there is little regard for customer safety or aftercare.

A most satisfying experience at West London Audi
Long serving staff a sign of a good employer. Car received immediately on driving in by friendly courteous receptionist. Soon after taking a seat Anoop sat with me and explained the procedure, which I agreed and he gave me what turned out to be an accurate estimate of completion time. I had decided to wait and read a book with occasional drinks from the self service machine (free) with so many options from coffees to hot chocolate. All extremely civilised. Members of staff who recognised me from previous years stopped to say hello. On completion the car was driven up for collection and the complementary valet made it look like new. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Exceptional Customer Service
Anoop the agent assigned to my car getting booked into West London Audi service was absolutely brilliant from letting me know on exactly what is going to happen to going above and beyond when I collected the car to fix the broken oil cap and rebooked me in to complete the job to an excellent standard.

I went for service and MOT
I went for service and MOT, the problem I fidn with any dealership is that they shoud do full service not half...So audi west London you could do better as we driving your brand.... doing a basic oil change and also not changing other things when you do teh service on a customer's car is shameful...
Also nto to mention that you telling them to check some things you noticed they do not even have a look at it I definitely will go again to audi dealership is just overpriced for no reason with very basic service nothign special there.
