This was just a lovely experience from start to finish. I waited while my service took place. The staff were lovely, gave me a quiet space to work, offered coffee and were very welcoming - especially the lady on the front desk. The service was prompt and this was not a stressful experience at all.

Took my XC40 here for a service after a shocking experience at another franchise. Very professional, friendly and no nonsense!

Craig looked after the service of my Polestar 2. Kept me informed all the way of the progress and even sorted a new part for my seat, which had been an issue. Great customer service and easy process!

Felt very looked after at Bolton Volvo . Great service . All staff are very helpful , we dealt mostly with Chris H, very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. No pressure at all, we felt very comfortable making our choice. Plus any follow up questions were answered very promptly . Car was delivered to timescales , great experience all round.

Everything fine, except I had to call service to ask if my car was ready as nobody had taken upon themselves to call me.
The car had been held for a second day and I had been told it should be ready by lunchtime. I called around 3 o’clock.

Arrived to be told we had not been booked in despite booking. A Volvo recall and told we could not have a car whilst it was checked. Second bad experience after being quoted a price for a service to be told it would be double the price the day before. Supposedly a top brand and service sadly lacking.

Probably the best car buying experience I have . Luke and Mel both very helpful in the purchase of my Volvo . Everything was as arranged and the process was just extremely easy to follow as every thing was explained . No pressure from the sale team at all . I was very happy with the attention to detail throughout .

Our ex30 was in for a, very annoying, battery recall. Volvo Bolton ensured that the process was painless, putting themselves out to pick up our car, ring us with updates and deliver it back, fixed and cleaned. Everyone involved in the process was a delight. From the lady on the switchboard, to John, who transported our vehicle and the people in the workshop, they were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We’ll be going there first, when we need our next car.

The experience was great because all the team are helpful and ask if they can help in any way and with all aspects of the experience. The service was great, showroom is a good space and the staff are positive, knowledgeable and reliable in the way they respond to questions. The Volvo product is a good quality one with many features and all questions regarding the product were answered in a clear manner.

Superb service! It is why I keep returning.

Fantastic service and great service from the all well looked after

Bought an ex30 May 2024 from Volvo Bolton. Informed last year by Volvo customers services that the car had issues with battery charging and don’t charge above 70%. Since then not one phone call from the dealer to provide any update or apologies. Numerous other Volvo dealers have started to replace the cars batteries and they have been contacting customers!
Not one phone call from Volvo Bolton , Had to make numerous phone calls to the service department ( who never ring back, especially if you use the what’s app return message) to try and get the car booked in.
Finally got through and was booked in to have battery changed late July. Had a phone call on a few days before saying all the batteries have been suspended by Volvo hence cancelled the booking told me to speak with Volvo customer services !!
Spoke to Volvo customer services who have no idea what the dealer was saying !! Utter shambles! lost a days annual leave that I had to pre book off. Don’t think I will ever buy another Volvo again or recommend this dealer.

The lady who runs the service desk is a total star. I sat and watched the lady for over an hour. She never stopped. Plus she made sure I was ok. ( I’m disabled) Sytner Volvo would struggle to replace her. My car rolled in to the work shop exactly on time . Serviced washed hovered and returned to me exactly on time . Said service lady even helped me find my car ,which to me was a God send. Penske pay for Disabled parking bays . Only thing you lose points for. Remember the lady at the service desk. Her manners , way with people makes her your Ace in the hole. Been a mechanic since I was 16 I’m now 59 and haven’t met a service rep like her .

Great experience with James Barber buying our new car
He’s a very diligent and experienced salesman with a great eye for detail
We had a slight delay with finance but James made us feel confident and under no pressure to close the deal
I’d also like to mention Ross who dealt with the after sales details
He’s a very confident and likeable young man and he convinced us to purchase the graphite treatment with no pressure or heavy sales techniques
Overall I’m extremely happy with the whole experience
