After my original service date was unfortunately cancelled out of my control, I attended BMW yesterday for a full service on my JCW MINI. Tom greeted me with a positive attitude and great hospitality, understanding my budgets and requirements for my car, and talked me through everything I needed to know. Quick service, constant updates and great communication all the way until my car was washed and cleaned. Thank you Tom!

From the start Matt was excellent, he listened to my needs and gave me a few different options and information to make and informed decision. I was kept up to date throughout on the progress of my car purchase and on hand over day everything went extremely smoothly the minute I walked through the door. I was taken through everything on the car and I couldn't recommend both Matt and sytner Worcester enough.

I had a great experience at BMW Worcester .we were treated with respect and care during our experience of purchasing a new car. From the start Ben was exceptional and professional and made our purchase a smooth process .Russel was wonderful and both were great at guidance and allowed us to drive away on the same day with our new purchase !a big thank you to the team.

I'm still waiting for my refund now....

Paid a £99 reserve fee for an approved used car. In the end, I chose not to purchase as it wasn't the right spec. Informed the agents but I still have not received the refund. The agents don't seem to care.

Your service representative was very professional, explained everything clearly and most importantly listened to what I had to say about the length of time it was going to take to carry out the service. Main criticism was being told that the car wouldn’t be ready in the 3 hours I had been informed initially when I made the booking. I had chosen to drop off the car and collect later, only to be told that the car wouldn’t be ready for some 7 hours later in the day, this I found very annoying. Fortunately the service receptionist addressed my concern and managed to get my car ready for collection much earlier than what was first communicated to me on arrival at the garage. The business really needs to stick to the time that they have promised the car to be ready for collection, not change without understanding the consequences and impact on the customer.

Poor communication. Dropped car off at 8.15am. Video from technician at 10am explaining works. Call to you at 12.00 and confirmed ready anytime after 1pm. Went to collect at 3pm and not ready, and had to wait until 3.45pm for car to be finally ready!

Great personal service and a really good deal

Working with Jordan Lindsay and Courtney Cook made my car purchase easy and carefree. Courtney kept me updated on the process from start to finish, and took the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction in helping me register with MyBMW.

Andy Bull sales executive was very helpful and made the process of changing cars non stressful. There were a couple of things that would have been useful to know up front , ie the Car Tax amount , otherwise all good

Just excellent from start to finish, great communications, friendly and easy people to deal with. Courtney in sales was my primary point of contact and was super helpful but the whole team were great - Jolie, Jordan and even big boss Marvin - how car dealers should be when you need a new car
