Purchase of Mini Cooper S
I only popped in on the off chance that Sytner in Swansea may have a new or year old mini. I was taken for a test drive by Tara (not having brought a licence with me) even though I had not booked an appointment. Nothing was too much trouble for Tara and Paul the Manager, who went through the finance options thoroughly. They did have a car that I wanted and everything only took a few days to process before I picked up my new Mini Cooper S. Both Tara and Paul was extremely efficient, professional, polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them both - and I am delighted with my new car.

I have dealt with Lewis Hughes in Swansea for some years now. He is the reason I have stayed with mini and I will stay with mini for as long as he is there.
He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is always professional, polite, informative and friendly. Lewis made my purchase so easy, it couldn’t have gone any smoother if he tried. Lewis went above and beyond for me, being a driving instructor, he knew I’d need dual controls putting into my new mini, he arranged this, dropped it to be done and my new car was delivered to me, all ready to go to be able to go out and teach in, saving me losing working days and income.
Lewis is an absolute star and he is a huge asset to Sytner Mini, Swansea and the whole brand. Throughout the years having a mini, the customer service after the purchase regarding services, repairs and absolutely everything, he is there to help and make it as easy and as stress free as he can. He really does go and beyond for me, the customer. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else except him. He is a star in my eyes. I own a Driving School and two of my instructors who work for my school have since used lewis to purchase cars for their teaching vehicles as I had spoken about his professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm for his customers. He is an absolute credit to his team and the mini brand as a whole. Thank you Lewis 👌🏻

Excellent service from Lewis Hughes
Excellent service from start to finish. Lewis Hughes was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process a really positive experience. In recent years we’ve preferred to order new cars online to avoid showrooms and unpleasant salespeople - Sytner Swansea was an absolute breath of fresh air and Lewis was absolutely brilliant. We are delighted with our new electric mini and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lewis.

Charlotte from Sytner Swansea contacted me some months ago to offer a deal on a new Mini against my old (2 years) one. Excellent deal and really not to be missed. At every stage of the process Charlotte kept me informed and made it a personal goal to answer all questions, going into great detail regarding the differences / upgrades from old to new. This she did in easily understood terms, excluding "technical jargon". On the day of handover I was made to feel most welcome and special. Everything went smoothly, Graham gave more information on the new features, again in easily understood terms. John explained Gap Insurance simply. Overall a satisfying and exciting experience; couldn't fault Sytner Swansea.

This was a long distance sale - excellent service
This was a long distance sale. The Showroom in Swansea helped with every step in a very professional and courteous manner. Graham the Salesman and Owen the Sales Manager were excellent to deal with on this purchase.

Always receive a professional, personal service from the staff. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I have dealt with Charlotte Evans the last two occasions that I have purchased a new mini and she is always prepared to go above and beyond to make sure my experience is a good one. Highly recommend using Sytner Swansea, as a mini customer you are made to feel part of the mini family. Excellent service!
