Ewan at Sytner Sheffield - excellent!
Everyone at Sytner Sheffield was excellent, but a special mention must go to Ewan who consistently went above and beyond. He has been super helpful - and super patient with us and our endless ‘how do I do…?’
From an initial phone call on a Friday, arranging the paperwork over the weekend, to coming up from Kent and picking the car up on a Sunday, Ewan somehow got it all together!

Came in to drop the car off to fix a fault. Had to wait 25 mins before someone came out of the office to see my partner to get the keys. Had agreed to meet with someone afterwards on collection of my car to discuss changing my car. Waited again for about 15mins no one showed, so we left. The stars are for the fact the fault got fixed on the car. But the customer service was lacking.

Took my car to Sytner Jaguar Land Rover in Huddersfield to be repaired after it was delivered faulty from another dealer, Anya was very helpful in getting me a dealt with as quickly as possible, knew exactly what needed to be done, communicated with me, and was even able to get me in sooner as a previous job changed.

Excellent every time
As usual the people at Sytner are excellent I have recently ordered a new car and it had been a pleasure to deal with them. I am kept informed of the progress of the car and the attention to detail is second to none they could not be more helpful. In particular the salesperson Sam Keyworth is such a pleasure to deal with and gives us his full attention and is always happy to answer any questions we have.

I recently purchased a new BMW X5 from BMW Sheffield, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. I was looked after by Richard throughout the journey, and I cannot praise him highly enough.
Over the years, I have purchased many cars and dealt with all manner of dealerships across the country, so I have plenty of experience with the standard car-buying process. I can honestly say that Richard and the team at Sheffield BMW are the absolute best I have ever come across.
