The staff especially Allen was very good, informative, professional and very knowledgeable about our car that we were aiming to purchase. In fact all the staff were nice to speak with and never pushy, even offering us discount off of products. A great experience..! Stay away!!! Dont bother coming here is you want customer service. All they want is for you to pay full price for the car and try to get you to buy as many of the extras they sell as they can, eg ceramic coating,alloy protection and extended warranty!!!
I bought a Merc A35 6 weeks ago and I was concerned from the first meeting, but the car itself was a great example with full dealer history and low mileage so I thought it was worth it. The sales lady I dealt with never replied to some of my emails and calls so I ended up having to speak to a manager to get answers. When I collected, they rushed through the paperwork and got my cash and that was it. Didn't even get an invoice, had to ring up and chase that days later, even after being told I would recieve it next day!!
Fingers crossed i won't need to use the warranty i paid for, which they convinced me to buy in order to get finance, which they also lied about!!!

Do not to buy extended warranty or any extras from this company. The sales team are quick to sell you anything, but when it comes to actually honouring those warranties, they will deny the claim.
I paid £1,000 for an extended warranty when I bought my car. A few months later, I had an issue with the wing mirror and took the vehicle in for repair. After stripping the door, they identified the problem as a loose connection. However, I was then told this was not covered under the warranty and was charged for the labour.
To make it worse, the technician damaged the mirror in the process and I have to bring the car for it to be fixed
Overall, very misleading sales process. Terms of warranty was not made clear during sales. Frankly it's not worth the paper written on.

How are you paying for the car.............
When enquiring about a car the first question asked is how you are paying for it. The sales team are more interested in their kick back commission from selling you the finance than they bare in finding you the right car. the cars are not presented well at all, dirty interiors, dents, scratches, damaged wheels, of course they tell you they will do all the repairs - after you have paid your deposit of course. The sales team lack experience and every question we asked they needed to revert to either Google or go and find the answer, even for basic questions. We looked at a number of cars, you will find the Sytner purchase invoice in the glove box along with the LogBook with the previous owners full details, which is very bad data protection. A car advertised at £24,000 they had paid £13000 for, that's some mark up. We walked away from Sytner Select, main reason being transparency of pricing, quality of cars presented, poor customer service and a general feel of hard sell.

Viewed a car advertised at £18,400 and…
Viewed a car advertised at £18,400 and test drove it at that price. When I later called to place a deposit, I was told the price had increased to £19,200.
I understand prices can change, but this was disappointing given I was ready to proceed based on the advertised price.
Experience has left me hesitant to deal with Sytner Group again.

I dealt with both Adam and Allen who were great from the beginning when test driving the car and then going through the sale process. They made it stress free and enjoyable and answered any questions we had. They both made the whole process seamless and couldn't do enough to help, even if we encountered any issues. I recently purchased a Mercedes A200 AMG of Allens, Sales and Adam, Manager in the Nottingham store. Allens was the main contact from the start. He was helpful, detailed, considerate throughout. He provided a detailed video and photographs of the car, showcasing the car, which enabled me to make the
decision to buy. He remained present throughout with communication in store and during the preparation stage before I got the car. He provided a professional manner throughout ensuring I was happy. Great knowledge of the car. Great service provided and follow up afterwards, which was also helpful with my query.
Also, Adam was involved in the purchasing and financial stage. He explained everything in detail of the stages until completion. He was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

From the moment we walked in to just talk numbers and ideas, we were greeted by Adam and Jack Lee who were welcoming and very pleasant. Nothing was pushed or forced, we went at our own speed and came to the right deal that suited us.
Unfortunately on the day of change over, our current car broke down, after speaking with Adam and Jack, we still managed to get the deal done, nothing was too much trouble.
