Jonathan and Robert were top class and…
Jonathan and Robert were top class and both really knowledgeable and professional. I was disappointed at the length of time it took (nearly 5 hours) due to the MOT not being done and then had a tax issue due to car being ex mobility which is out the business control. Had my agreement from finance company and the mileage was when the car went into the garage and not when I bought it which means I don’t get the full mileage PCP agreement. Also when I checked the car the following day the wheel caps hadn’t been put back on the car and were in the passenger door. When I checked them they had seen better days plus the full amount wasn’t there leaving me short when I applied them to the car.

Came to look around for a vehicle for future plans so stepping up in size, was greeted by Mohammed which was 5* start to finish. Few speed bumps along the way but nothing to do with service more towards today’s market in part exchange so deal was unfortunately not completed. Exchanged messages after meeting and Mohammed expressed his full understanding of the situation.

Kips was great at providing a very friendly service and was very helpful. The level of professionalism was spot on and helped me make a big decision on my next car. Both Kips and Deep were very welcoming and provided a service i would definitely use again.

I rarely buy cars and tend to know exactly what I am looking for. I tend to do all the necessary reading before down selecting a car. It generally means I'm going to buy a car and not be sold one.
Mohammed, the 'salesman' was very nice and relatively attentive, seemed to be dealing with multiple customers. He didn't push when I rejected the optional extras such as coatings and even found out about blind spot costs etc... He unfortunately wasn't able to answer the questions I had so I had to Google quite a bit, including the car tax cost (he thought it was going to include the extra £425). Seems most car 'sales people' have zero experience with electric cars, but that's a general thing and not specifically related to this instance.
I decided to buy the car and agreed a px price for my car. Liam the finance guy seemed to push finance etc... Couldn't seem to understand why anyone would buy with cash. I asked for the warranty cost information to be sent to me via email. Nothing ever arrived.
Anyway come to collection day. Process was relatively quick, although they had the wrong name on the documents they needed me in sign, forgot about the px, basically seemed to have completely forgotten who I was within 4 days, that's not great in a sales environment. Now when I got to paying, which involved Liam, the agreed value of my px had been reduce by £1000. I hope that it was a mistake on their behalf, not a try on. The final price I paid did use the agreed px price, but the cheek to try it on wasn't brilliant. I have even had to email to get a receipt for the purchase, that should have been automatically sent surely? However, they also sent me a link for this review and wanted me to do the review while going through the payment process. So overall not the best experience, although Mohammed was very nice throughout the process.
Update, just had to resign documents as they had it down as VAT exempt. These things should be bread and butter.
