Excellent process to get my car serviced
Very easy check-in as a result of on-line booking and remote access to car diagnostics. Additionally the link to provide ongoing status update was a great way of keeping me up to date.
Excellent friendly support from Lisa James from the check-in to departure.

Great Service
well organised, meet and greet on arrival went well.
Reason for not giving five stars is after dropping the car off at 8am and requesting the car be ready for 4-30, the car was ready 5-50, this also happened on the last service.
Otherwise all went well.

Booked my BMW in at Sytner Leicester…
Booked my BMW in at Sytner Leicester for a routine brake fluid change. Having waited for a while I received my health check video. The technician working on my car said the rear caliper bleed nipples were seized and would more than likely require new calipers. The service receptionist informed me new calipers would be £1800 !! I said I would try and have a look myself. Having run some errands on the way home I removed the rear wheels and inspected the calipers. Couldn't see any corrosion so sprayed some release fluid around the area and left it for a few minutes. I then put a spanner on fearing the worst but they came undone with not much effort. Livid at this point I decided to take the car back. Having spoken to the same lady who served me she got the car straight back in. I have then sat in reception listening to who I presume was the service manager moaning about me taking it back. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. If the nipples were tight drop the wheels off, get a spanner on it so you have proper feel rather than a socket and ratchet and inform the customer it could be a little longer. In all my year's motoring I don't think I have ever been so angry. If that had been somebody with no mechanical aptitude they would have been massively out of pocket.

Completely lost their way
Completely lost their way. I have had many cars from BMW Sytner Nottingham but sadly I will not have another. Perhaps due to declining profits or complete inability to keep up with modern car manufacturing and sales but front of house at Sytner has spun from a high quality customer focused experience to one where they don't want to speak to you unless you're buying a car. After market clients interaction is a failing attempt to minimise contact through messaging services that simply doesn't work. My wife drives an IX, after its MOT the wiper blade was coming away from the wiper. A catch 22 as it either happened under their watch otherwise how did it pass the MOT. Regardless they don't want to know, don't want to talk to my wife, and have washed their hands. Ironically their sales team have contacted me about changing the car (by phone)...it is clear where their focus lies. Avoid there is much better out there at a fraction of the price.

The staff are faultless
The staff are faultless from the very beginning only problem was the cleaning & valet let them down the front inside was beautiful but when I got home I went to put something on the the back seat to find it hadn’t been done nor the boot very disappointed after such a brilliant experience

We recently picked up a BMW M4 from Sytner, and I can’t recommend Ryan or Sytner Leicester highly enough. Unlike a different BMW retailer that seemed disinterested in my business, Ryan’s approach was a breath of fresh air. There was no 'hard sell', he simply let the car speak for itself while working tirelessly to help me find a way to get behind the wheel.
After 20 years of driving Audis, this has been a completely refreshing experience. The car is stunning, and the driving dynamics are incredible.
To the M Division: please keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You haven’t lost the passion for motorsport, and it shows in how the car feels on the road.

2 x Recall jobs
The 2 x recall jobs, general inspection and clean were all completed quicker than expected.
The only downside was that I was told it would need to be there all day / until around 5pm, which was a tad annoying when I got home at about 11:30am to then be told it was ready at 12:30.
Accuracy and updates on the completion time could have been better to save on taxi costs.
